John and his team were amazing! As a first point of contact, he responded quickly and came over promptly with a fair price. On the appointment day, I got a call that Dan, Robert and Nick were on their way. They were professional, fast, easy to deal with and made sure everything was cleaned. Great business! We had excellent service at a free electronic waste depot in the spring so thought we'd give them a try when disposing of some old furniture. They were able to come the same day, in our case! They were friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and intended to recycle our old furniture, if at all possible. Excellent and informative website. Would certainly recommend and use the service again.

Our experience with Junk that Funk was easy, seamless and pleasant. The end cost ended up being smaller than I expected, which is a nice surprise! (It's a bit hard to gauge how much truck space stuff takes, so I was anticipating more).The time I selected online wasn't available but booking another time over the phone with John was easy. The movers called me before coming over and arrived when they said they would. They hit a bit of a snag getting a large item out but figured it out quickly, calmly and without breaking anything.10/10.I will use them again in the future.

John and his team were amazing! They were very careful not to damage anything and even helped us sort through all the stuff. After the move, John even found some old tapes he thought we would want and drove up to our place to drop them off. This guy is super! John and his crews were excellent in dealing with the multiple loads over several months from a house my brother and I were cleaning out. They went the extra mile and often juggled their schedules to accommodate our restricted cleaning times. Each of the crews were courteous, efficient, accommodating, and strong! Two amazingly polite Junk that Funk employees showed up exactly when they said they would (almost literally to the minute if you're hesitant about those companies that give you a window of time), gave us a reasonable quote which we accepted, and off they went to remove an immensely large sectional hide-a-bed and very old refrigerator from our basement. Nick and his partner were done in about half an hour. I can't emphasize enough how polite and good natured they were. We've had many contractors in for various things, and when the work is hard, it's obvious. Not with these two. They left smiling and joking with us, and that to me makes it worth the money! Highly recommend!!
