Went to get my bf a screen protector. Asked for an iPhone 11 one. Repeated that many times to make sure I was getting the right one. Dude kept urging in-store installation after I turned down the offer as my bf was not with me. He ended up giving me an iPhone 11 Max screen protector, and ripped off the part of the sticker that said “Max” so that it just looked like it said “iPhone 11.” I wasn’t paying that close attention since I didn’t think any problems would arise, and I trusted the guy would give me what I asked for. Refused to give me the receipt, which I didn’t care for, again since I didn’t think I’d have any problems.Found out it was too big for his phone, couldn’t return since I had no proof of payment.Disappointed. I don’t know why this series of events happened.

I came to this place to get my camera fixed.They had only fixed the glass on the camera since they didn't have the parts to replace the camera itself so I had to come back another time once they received it.Before giving my phone away I had asked what the price was to get my screen protector replaced and they had said 20$. (I have also come to this store to get the screen protector replaced before and it was 20$ and they had done an awful job they didn't put the right one on).Once we came back to pick up my phone, they were going to charge me 25$ for the screen protector, we had to say something and they said it was 25$ for iphone 13 pro but then its 20$ for iphone 12? They decided to give it to me for 20$ because I had paid for other things making it seem like it was a deal.I came back today to get my camera fixed since they have received the parts for it, and when they fixed my phone they also messed up my screen protector and charged me 30$$$$??? for it when it was their fault they broke it, they should have done it for free since it was their fault for breaking it.The camera is working for now, but I am very unhappy with how they think they can charge anyone anything they want, and change the prices all the time. They will screw you over if they want.This place decides what to charge you, there is no price on anything. Very unprofessional. Won't be coming back.

Amazing service, the really nice lady gave me my phone back with my otter box and said that it had to be fixed at a later date(my awesome dad paid), and I was waiting for parts. Long story short I another fella who was also very kind delivered my phone and added an extra glass casing. 10 stars !

I had replaced my screen with them, about a month and change later I had issues with the screen (which isn’t their fault, it’s a part like any other). Total rip off!! They replaced the cracked screen in our iPad. Looked good in the store, but it was so flimsy it cracked like crazy when we went to put it in the case the next morning. We didn’t drop it or anything. Total garbage for $120+. Save your money.
