Jenna is a lovely property manager, who is eager to offer assistance and find solutions.Often negative reviews do not portray an accurate picture of the situation and are heavily biased towards one’s personal situation and are likely retaliatory.

Jenna and her team (Amanda & Rebecca as well!) have been absolutely incredible. We can’t say enough good things about Happy Place. The name suits the service.They found us a beautiful home we just loved when we were in need and another when the owners moved back home. All repairs were handled swiftly and throughly, with follow up calls and communication from her team to ensure everything was done and handled. I speak from experience with her, the whole organization just runs seamlessly.On a personal note, we’ve gone through a death in our family in the midst of the secondary move and her calls and texts of concern, care and offers of support show she doesn’t just manage people’s properties, she really does care about her “people” who are renting the properties as well. She walks the walk, she talks the talk. What you see is 100% what you get. Professional. Direct. Friendly. Competent.
