My car had an issue and I was unable to get home, and although this experience could’ve been horrible it was instead fast and professional! I was very fortunate to have the help of Matt #126! He came quickly, right on time, and was so friendly and explained everything he was doing thoroughly to my mom and I! Very efficient and kind, which is so much to say in comparison to the tow truck experiences we’ve had in the past! Amazing service, and would absolutely recommend him!

On Saturday as I was driving home from grocery shopping, one of their flat bed tow trucks was weaving along the East Mall northbound in Etobicoke. I was in the curb lane and several times this truck made me hit my brakes as he kept coming into my lane and narrowly missing me. As we approached Bloor he was signaling to get into the left turn lane. As I passed him, he had his head down and was looking at something. I screamed at him about telling him to stay in his in his lane. With that he changed lanes and proceeded to follow me. He followed me along the East Mall north, each time I stopped he stopped behind me so close that I couldn't see his plate and he seemed be an inch or 2 away from me. When I was driving he was tailgating. Instead of passing me he proceeded to carry on like this. I turned onto Rathburn and he did as well. When i stopped for the lights at Martin Grove he pulled into the left turn lane just as I was writing down his plate. He started telling at me, and waving his fist, including giving me the bird. As we waited for the lights to change I saw a phone in his hand. So this guy had a case of road rage after I called him out on his weaving and nearly hitting me several times. I'd never trust him to tow one of my vehicles.

Had to call CAA after my car stopped. Sharieff from Towtal arrived promptly, was very personable and knowledgeable and explained everything to me.I would highly recommend Sharieff as a valuable employee. He is an excellent ambassador for Towtal. He helped turn a bad experience into a very pleasant one.

One star because one of their drivers has no consideration for other drivers. Cut me off aand when I honked he flipped the bird! Great company image especially when your truck is marked with the company you work for!!

I had a tire issue, and Monty came out to help through CAA. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and worked with me to see how I wanted to proceed with my tire issue. He even let me know what he thought happened to it, and was overall just a great guy. Service was awesome, he was efficient and professional, and the next time I place a service call, I hope he comes out! Thank you Monty!

I called CAA yesterday and a service man came out,. He tried to jump start my battery twice and said “sorry, it’s not your battery” ”It’s probably your starter so you should call for a tow”. Then he was gone. I cancelled my plans for the week found a service station who could squeeze me in and then called today for a tow. CAA sent Mahmoud from Towtal Towing. He arrived, and I told him I needed a tow- instead of just saying “ok” and hooking up my vehicle- he took the time to ask more questions and troubleshoot. He said “let me just try to boost it first” and he hooked up his pack and wham-o! My car started just like that! Mohmoud saved me a tow to a service centre and possibly a very large bill for a service technician to look my car all over before telling me “oh you just need a boost”. I just think he should be commended and that his supervisor should know the exceptional customer service he provided to me today. I am very grateful tat that you employ people like Mahmoud who are so darn good at their jobs and really care about customers! Thank you!

Car wouldn't start today. Called for roadside assistance and Matt, #135, here within minutes. So very polite and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. He checked everything he could, but needed a tow. Great customer service. Matt really professional and truck really clean. Ticked about the car, but assistance fabulous.

I called CAA and they sent a driver from Towtal Roadside Solutions. The drivers name was RC. He was very nice and was an all around great guy. He showed up quickly and was very professional & knowledgeable. Very easy person to work with. If you're ever in need, I would recommend him 100%. Thank you for all your help, RC!
