If you need your roof done and want it done in a timely manner at good value, this is the company you want doing the job. The initial meeting was quick and painless with a thorough explanation of the work to be done and all costs upfront, very fair. We were given a 3-4 week estimate for job starting and they were right on time with the dump bin and crew showing up as promised. The crew that worked our house was quick, polite around our inquisitive 9yr old daughter and very clean. The driveway was swept with magnetic broom every end of day and the front and back yards tarped to catch any falling materials. Highly recommend them.

We needed a cedar conversion to GAF 50 year. Their quote was fair, and the staff were very accommodating. The crew worked hard in very hot weather, yet made sure to install the new products exactly as per manufacturers specs. And they cleaned up the yard when they were done.Great job Mike, Chad, Robin, and Trent

They are full of lip service. Don't trust Mike. His employees don't know what they are doing and will cut corners without letting you know. Several sections of my roof were installed without underlay which I paid for and when confronted the foreman said I would have never know if I wasn't watching. A job that was supposed to last 3 weeks took almost 3 months and his employees were casing my house. A couple of months after the installation 2 electric bikes were stolen from my property and we were able to recover 1 of them from an employee of the company. Stay clear and thank me later.

We found Mike and Affordable Rain Flow at the Penticton Home Show in the Spring of 2019. Mike immediately came over and gave us a quote, other companies did not come or called almost 3 months later to just provide a quote. We had our quote and the roof and gutters installed within a month. Mike was great to work with, along with the crew that was out for a week doing the work. The guys were punctual and even worked over a holiday to try and get things done. They cleaned up every day and did a fantastic job with the roof. After the roof was done, the guys for the gutters came in and completed everything within a day. All-in-all it was a great experience.

Quick and friendly. Did a good job of cleaning up when they left. only a few stray scraps. They have been giving me the run around on vompketeing a second roof however. We will see how the roof lasts.

Months instead of weeks. Should have read reviews and BBB before I agreed to terms. Work is shotty and needs to be redone by someone else!!

I bought a house knowing the roof would have to be shingled soon after the purchase. So I started my search, and found affordable rain flow. Agreeing to give them our business, they arrived a few weeks later and placed a large garbage bin in the drive way for ease of discarding old material, which was great to not have nails everywhere. However at the end of the project I noticed my eaves-trough was severely damaged from the materials hitting it as they threw the old material off into the bin. I called and mentioned it to the owner, he said they would replace that portion as he wanted to make things right. About a month later we called again to get a guy here as nothing seemed to be happening. Finally we received a phone call saying a employee was sent and the issue has been corrected. As we got home we realized the employee has taken a hammer to it and tried to straighten it back out as best as he could. It looks absolutely horrible. I should also note that the eaves-trough around the perimeter of the house was filled with nails, old shingles, and pieces of wood. I had to get up there myself to clean them as this company apparently takes no pride in their workmanship. If you're looking to complete a roofing project I would highly recommend looking at another company.

please research and evaluate this company diligently..for your own protection...if you are a senior and have no intent to climb a ladder..??...have a professional roof inspector review the finished job at rain flows expense...i am building a 10,000 sq ft building and they butchered my roof...documented and undeniable...they promised to return and refund me the $15,000. plus cost..then no return calls...it has gone from bad to pathetically unprofessional..i am attaching a few select photo's...after being told one or two nails showing would be acceptable i told myself i could live with ten...the fact is there were over 250 nails showing..unbelievable...skylights not sealed to spec...vents not sealed to spec..an utter absolute gong show...5 months later..??...no refund...no return calls...try calling the owner..terry fleming...see if you get a call back..feel free to contact me..
