This is my second transaction with Real Estate Lawyers. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. The refinancing and title change documents were sent by lawyer in a timely manner. The transaction has not closed yet. However, overall a great, smooth and professional experience.

RealEstateLawyers.ca LLP provided a very convenient service where I was able to close a transaction for the purchase of a property completely online via phone, email, and Zoom meeting. This was particularly helpful for me, as I was moving from out of province, and would not have been able to close the transaction on time otherwise. The response time was a little slow at first, but Manroj and Zachary made the process very easy for me, and overall, I am very happy with the service that they provided.
