I brought my friend here, it was an emergency situation and they were able to move things around and get her seen very quickly! We really appreciate everyone here as they were very kind and welcoming to us!

Our family has been coming to this dental office for over 30 years. When our old dentist retired and Dr. Resendes took over the practice we were not disappointed, he is an amazing dentist and is very good at what he does. We have always had great service from Dr. Resendes and his staff and they make your visit as pleasant and painless as possible. Recently our Son had to have his wisdom teeth removed and was quite nervous about it, Dr. Resendes and his assistant put him at ease, made him as comfortable as possible and the procedure went great. He also went above and beyond to reschedule our appointments at the last minute to make things work with our schedule. We have always had amazing dental service from Dr. Resendes and his staff and they are highly recommended.

I've been a client of Dr. Manuel Resendes for years, and there are many things I love about having him as my dentist. I always have the same dental hygienist, so she knows me well and my teeth and she's absolutely professional when it comes to the work she does. I also like how Dr. Resendes keeps up to date with the latest technologies in dentistry. And especially I like how they're always on time getting me in for my scheduled appointment. I highly recommend anyone to see him as their dentist!

Absolutely 100 percent recommend this dentist there staff are always so friendly the doctors are so happy all the time I go there get bad news about my teeth then made sure I still left with a smile on my face. They really in Engage and interact with there patients so they at the end of the appointment it’s like you’ve known each other for years

This is the best dentist's office I have ever been to. No matter who treats me I feel valued, comfortable, and I never feel judged. The front desk folks are on the ball too. I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning! Who am I?? LOL

Audrey, the dental hygienist, who greeted me, was the one of the best. She was friendly and very professional. She discussed the procedures that would happen during my visit, and made a notes for my next dental check-up. She went over the cleaning procedure with me as she went along, which gives a patient a sense of what to expect, and their input as well. Dr. Resendes came in to look over the xrays and discussed my next upcoming visit. I have been with Downtown Winnipeg Dental Clinic for many years, and what impresses me most is that Dr. Resendes and his dental team really listen to what the patient needs to know/ and any input the patient may have and then they discuss all/any options and procedures that are agreeable to everyone. A 5 star team in every way

My children have always had a great experience here, even the one who hates getting her teeth cleaned. The staff are so understanding and patient. After a recent visit, one of them started getting up 10 minutes early so she would have time to brush her teeth in the morning. I sometimes get requests to go to children's dental world or similar, but I would never switch after the level of personalized service we have received here.

Been there for first time, service was not as expected and i changed my dental clinic. I asked them to deduct my service charge(ie X-RAY) from my insurance provider and provided every details needed however they didn't do that instead gave my details to credit collection company.Totally unsatisfied. Be Careful, specially those new to Canada.

This dentist needs anger issue. I went to him for permanent filling and I was 7 minutes late. I told receptionist I would be 7 minutes late. She said ok. But my 7-min late came as big surprise to him. I also previously saw that there is always lack of communication between his reception and Resendes. If he had so much issue me being late, he could have rescheduled me but Resendes did not reschedule me rather he rushed though the filling process. In the mid process he even told me If you are late then you will only hurt yourself". Can you imagine? Not only that
