Great and efficient service

I HAD NO IDEA THEY WOULD CHARGE 84$ FOR BEING LATE WHEN I CALLED TO TELL THEM I WAS LOST AND WANTED TO CANCEL OR RESHEDULE BUT THE LADY AT THE DESK WAS SO PERSISTANT ON GIVING DIRECTIONS AND THEY CHARGED WITHOUT TELLING

Be careful if you want braces for your children. Was told in 2018 that it would cost 7000$, with an initial payment of 3500$ for the expander. When i met with the coordinator for payment, she wanted to charge me 7500$. I managed to get it for the initial quote....here we are today, the second phase, they added the extra 500...but now a can't say no, I already paid a significant amount...am I supposed to go somewhere else?.I m a hostage to their demands...Was also told last month that it would cost 7500$ for my daughter, the coordinator wanted 8000$...got it for the initial quote.....i m 2 for 2...

very bad place. They don't care. Agressive secretaries. I transfered my inscription elsewhere, where people care about their customers

I'm amazed by the wonderful attention my son received at this clinic. We came late night for an emergency appointment. The staff was amazing, so kind and helpful. The dentist was able to do a treatment and even took the time to give us her advice. Thank you! Thank you! Highly recommended! Sergio's mom.

1800.00$ for a pré root canal that was decided to be pulled out. Extremely painful! I had a lot of trust and confidence in DR. Barry, end result re- created my fear in dentists. Thanks!

1: They are always late2:They lied about my appointment because they were late. My appointment was at 14:20 so i show up at 14:20. Reception tells me im late, im confused but let it go. While waiting for the hygienist in the room i see the schedule and i was actually scheduled for 14:20.3rd and MORE IMPORTANTLY: They screwed up my wisdom teeth removal. I was told i needed to shave down my two bottom wisdom teeth as it was attached to the nerve. Now that i've changed dentist, ive been advised that this is a very ill practice and that i need to actually get them removed. I went through more pain originally, and now need to remove two more teeth because of their incompetence. Turns out having your teeth shaved down with no added protection makes you prone to root infections... who would of thought?Avoid this place.
