Gens professionnel, il a répertorié immédiatement le problème, et son accès. Puis en allant sur le lieux à confirmer le problème. Il a fait les démarches nécessaires pour retirer les intrus et les emmener dans un lieux plus adéquat pour eux.Pour moi qui ne connaissait pas le travail des exterminateurs, je dois dire qu'il est important de parler avec eux avant de procéder au travail. Je les recommandes.

I live out of town and Called Sam from google search to check on my father’s home for possible ant issues. He was puntual for the appointment, he did an inspection and confirmed we had Carpenter Ants. Sam explained the best course of treatment and went into detail explaining the possible issues depending on the severity of the infestation. He was very honest, answered all our questions and concerns. We agreed to the recommended treatment and luckily the problem was not as severe as it could have been. Sam was true to his word and did a second treatment to the exterior without having to notify him (left his card with date and time of exterior spraying). Next time I came to town without much notice he changed his schedule to acxomodate my schedule to spray the interior for 2nd treatment. It seems the ants are no longer an issue but he does have a 1 year warrantee if there is a reacxurance. I would definitely recommensd Sam Bog Extermination. High marks for being very responsive to my calls.
