Wag It

I took my dogs to Wag It for the first time this summer and I must say how I impressed I am! They spent 17 full days at Wag It and they were happy and healthy and clearly well taken care of. I really appreciated the Instagram videos that were posted every day so I can see the dogs interact and play. I will absolutely book them in again when next we travel.

My standard Poodle loves her time at Wag it! Abigail and Tristan care for her like she is their own, and accomodate all her quirks and allergies. She has also been a client at the grooming salon since she was 12 weeks old! Wag it has been flexible in my last minute scheduling and changes....like a delayed flight! I highly recommend them. Thank you for loving my girl so much!

Tuna has been well taken care of by Tristan and Abigail. They went above and beyond to accommodate us when our flight was delayed to the next day. Lovely couple who are passionate about their work. This will be Tuna's 2nd favorite place after home :)

Our dogs love their time here while we are away! The owners are incredibly friendly and we can tell they take great care of our dogs. The salon add-ons are also an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this kennel to anyone who is looking for a great place for their pet to stay.

We put our dog at Wag-it for a 7 day stay while on vacation. He came back happy & seemed to have had an overall positive experience. Abigail, who I spoke to many times getting information and asked tons of questions too, was so helpful and lovely. She was fantastic with Whiskey. Will definitely be returning!

We had never boarded our older dog before and we have a 14 week old puppy. Tristan was excellent at check in and check out and gave the pups all that they needed. Out dogs were happy and not in a hurry to leave. It was great seeing pictures of their time at Wag It and how much fun they had. Thank you Tristan for making our trip worry free when we left our furry family behind.

Both of my dogs and my cat have stayed at Wag It numerous times and they always have so much fun. All of the employees really care about each pet and make them feel loved and special when they are away from home. They are our go-to place every time we are going away and that won’t change! We trust them and feel safe leaving our furbabies in their care. They give us updates on how they are doing and have always made good decisions and judgements on what our dogs need. Overall, I highly recommend Wag it!! We love them!

I have been taking my dogs to another boarder for years. Sadly they were full so we tried wag it. First time customers. Initial drop off was ok, not what are dogs are accustomed to pen size but ok. Then I was told that their vaccination records were not updated. Which I had uploaded a month prior. But all ok. I received an email that was sent days prior, indicating that my dogs have been separated and one “the aggressor” was kept alone and without any other dogs at yard time. Best part, we were being charged for two pens! I called when I got their number after a return email. They deemed our bulldog aggressive. Suggested she wasn’t socialized with diverse individuals, what they said “black people”. I get it they weren’t comfortable. One of us drove and picked them up, mid vacation and drove back up north. 6 hour drive, 5 nights pay for a single pen ($271), a mouldy dish bowl and two dogs that were stressed and anxious. If you have loud larger dogs this may not be your place. I wish them well, would have liked some better communication with their concerns had they been that fearful. Obviously we got no pictures but a video of part of her behaviour. I wish them well but please understand the breeds you accept and more importantly your comfort levels.

Our two dogs love it here! Really convenient online booking and great service make it awesome for us, too.
