Honestly, I don’t normally write reviews but as someone who used to work in retail as an associate and manager, I was shocked by the customer service I received here. The store was basically empty, I was probably in the store with maybe one other customer and maybe 5 associates. All the associates were too busy talking amongst themselves to provide any service (listening to the conversation, it was not work related). I decided to let them finish their conversation but after walking around aimlessly for about 10 minutes waiting for them to finish, someone finally looked over and asked if I needed help. When I said yes, the associate told another associate to call someone else to get my item from the back which took another 5-10 minutes. When it came time to pay, the cashier was acting as if she did not want to be there. She wasn’t rude but she had a poor attitude. I understand if work is dead that having some social time with coworkers is completely fine but if there are customers actively trying to get your attention, you should help them out. I’m giving them two stars because the products are fairly priced and I found what I needed but the workers need improvement.

Will never shop here again. Was here to pick up an online order and didn't even bother opening it and returned it before leaving the store and took our business elsewhere. The reason was not with the item itself but one rude associate who could care less that a sign fell and scraped my eye. Asking a customer if they are okay or saying sorry would be an act of kindness and care. What is not kind is getting mad at the customer for wanting to file and accident report so that this doesn't happen again to someone else. Why are you getting mad at the customer for suggesting that the proper steps are taken especially in bad weather to safely handle and secure the exterior floor sign. I had to ask for a report to be filled out and when she asked me to tell her what happened, she wrote what she wanted to report rather than what had happened to me. (Apparently when I said the sign was not secured and that it hit me she prefer to say that the sign fell because the weather was bad. If the weather is bad why don't you take steps to make it safe, instead of making the customer feel bad. The weather was bad all day, that is no excuse for not taking safety seriously and blaming the customer for coming into the store. Thank goodness it was me and not some child it fell onto.) We begrudgingly were asked, as it is a question on the report, if we needed an ambulance. Never a sorry or any decency and genuine interest if there was an injury. I got a copy of the report, but was not even informed what would happen. Honestly after this many weeks it is obvious no one cares to follow-up. Plain rude all around. Do not blame your customer or make them feel bad for your oversight. Do not think that treating them like they are a pain because you have to fill out paperwork, exempts you from what is your fault to begin with. Horrible store will never come here again and will make sure to alert others on the lack of care and safety.Update: As I cannot reply to the response below, this is to update that yes the manager has spoken to us. They were told about the Google Review above after someone from the Linen Chest Office saw it and then were given our information to contact us. We appreciate being contacted but wish it did not take a Google Review in order for action to be taken to rectify the matter. The store manager was great to speak to and we are grateful it finally did happen. The manager listened and was open to discuss our concerns on safety and offered her apologies - you need more people like her because she (unlike the other associate you employ) actually does care about your customers.

Great help from the floor staff. Picking out a rug and he assisted in laying them out on the floor for viewing. I was doing it myself, but he insisted on helping. 6 or 7 big rugs. Cashier staff were super friendly.Thanks everyone.

Great prices and quality goods. Everything was well-packed, but I had a piece of crockery arrive broken and they had a replacement to my home the next day.The AI chat function was helpful and got me to the person I needed quickly.I’ve already recommended the site to my sister, and I plan to order again.

Please do not go here for Hunter Douglas window treatments.From their designer Audrey, to installer Tom, and 'customer service' supervisor, Kristine, you will be met with nothing but incompetence. See below photo of my'black out' blinds after spending close to $5000. They made repeated mistakes and after 6 months of back and forth they were still unwilling to come up with a solution. Go anywhere else!

Found what I needed. Staff ignored me, until I had items and was making my way to the check out. Staff member stopped me to put stickers on the items I was about to purchase so that the cashier would know who helped me. The sales staff are either being tracked for sales by management or commissions are being provided. It felt wrong as I helped myself and was ignored. Next go I will ask more questions about the sticker system, if need be I’ll remove the sales staff identifying stickers if they didn’t actually assist me. Store was clean and organized for the most part. I would have provided 4 or more stars if the staff actually greeted me and helped me.

Had the shower liner that I wanted at a reasonable price. Checkout was fast. Bit of a task to get in the front door but it did the job.
