Had a bad experience with this company. We asked for a gazebo top replacement. They charged $700 + tax when we first received the replacement. We brought it home and it was wrong in so many ways. Brought it back and they altered it by making it too small in some areas and loose fitting in others. Half of the hooks they attached were in the right place and half were not. Each time we brought up an issue we were directed to Rod - who was generally not able to take a phone call or answer an email. The typical answer was, Rod's just left for the day but I'll leave him a message to call you". Issues were never resolved."

Incredibly poor customer service. In 2021 I spent close to $5000 and due to series of miscommunications, and dodging on their behalf I have no product to show for it. They have shown a great deal of chatter and ZERO action to remedy the situation.
