Absolutely horrendous. The owner/manager of this place is the an absolute incompetent and rude man.Four months to get a window replaced, when we were quoted a month. Called DAILY after the month mark just to get lied to and stood off. 3 months later they say it’s in and it’s not even close to the right window.Another 10 days the correct window is finally in, the helpful tech says he can get it done by the end of the day but manager shuts that down and says it will be done the next day.Next day - manager completely ignores my partner in line to help the next customer. Customer points it out and manager says “nah he’s good.”

My wife’s truck has been waiting for replacement glass for well over a month. Multiple phone calls and promised call backs have led me to understand that the front desk staff are incapable of communicating to customers. I am dumbfounded on how a designated ICBC glass facility can operate in such a poor manner.

Positive initial experience.Chip in windshield developed into a crack which meant windshield needed to be replaced.Lisa was pleasant and friendly in setting up the appointment and advising leadtime on new windshield. Great so far! Hoping to be as happy when job done.Came back when mirror arrived. Friendly greeting and was ready to pick up when they said it would be ready.Thanks the the friendly service. Good job.

I would not bring any of your prized possession vehicles to this location. We brought our loved one of a very few trucks there, and the damage done is small but destructive. We told them not to do it if they didn’t know how, but they went along and tried anyways, and now we’re left trying to fix it (good luck fixing cross thread). Truck left with a few bolts back in the visor but half in, the others not in at all. If we lost this visor we couldn’t replace it , never mind the $$ it originally costed. The manager was quiet and did what I asked him to do(refund) but we’re still left with a mess to fix. (Also left dirty grease finger prints all over too) I’m sure they are fine with basic car windows… but anything that requires bolts … don’t bother , they don’t know how to take bolts out ..

my car rea view mirror was fell off, i tried to fix it to watching you tube videos, but it didn’t work, and later i go on here and they fix it without any chargesyou have nice employeesthankyou

Went for a little chip in the windshield, they perfectly repaired on the spot...and they did it for free on top! Awesome people

AVOID if good customer service and prompt repair is needed. Dropped off a regular house slider window for repair and 4 weeks later its still broken. 5 times I got can I call you back" and never received a return call. POOR service likely from this location if used....AVOID!"

I love how everyone is very nice and helpful. I've been searching for a glass lid for my aquarium. I've been hesitant to ask glass companies if they do custom glass cut, but I've been buying all the DIY lid for my aquarium, and its hard and expensive, but just for curiosity and all ive search and search till i found the crystal glass and message them about what im looking for and not even long they email me and told me that they can do it for me and tge same day for i believe 20 or 30 mins long of waiting i got the glass that been wanting for my aquarium i just couldnt be more happier. Then, the next week, i went again for another glass cut despite of them being busy, they still cut my glass first, so im really, really happy. You can barely find a shop/store with staff that are nice and welcoming these days, but them they are very nice :) and will really help you with what you want for the cut. Will definitely be my go-to for a glass cut.

Such a good experience today at Crystal Glass! I came back to this location after getting a window fixed a few months before because the owner/manager here gave us such good customer service. Ron is one of the nicest people I have ever met! The whole process was really fast. I booked the appointment on Wednesday and luckily he had a windshield in stock and my appointment on Friday was about 2.5 hours. The cost was very fair considering that I was not covered by my insurance and I'm very very happy with the new windshield and price. Also, he drove me home from the shop and picked me up. Customer service was phenomenal and I really enjoyed talking with Ron. Thank you for a great job! I will definitely be coming back if I need any glass work done and I will be referring people to come here.

Wasn't expecting them to have a windshield for my car, but they were able to transport one from Alberta overnight and had the job done. Even gave my car a quick vacuum.
