Was beyond happy with my purchase of my 2020 SI until driving it off the lot I noticed something strange happening and had it checked over and diagnosed as the clutch gone bad.I call Fairley and Stevens to have it looked into to replacing it as I had just bought the car over a week ago at that point. I waited for my appointment which was may 26th and had great service from Sarah (I believe) in the service department along with Don the shuttle drive who was so kind to drive me around a few times while I wait 7.5 hours for the diagnosing appointment.I was told I would know today on what they end result would be (now feeling foolish to think a dealership would go good for selling a car with a bad clutch) and I got the call saying that it would not be covered completely by the dealer although they would give me a “discount” so I would only have to pay around $1300.00 OUT OF POCKET on my new car I bought a couple of weeks ago. Or to give back the car.I am so upset by this and really feeling discouraged and next time I buy a car it most definitely won’t be from here. Definitely confirms in my mind not to trust most dealerships. I guess you should get your car pre inspected by a mechanic before buying from here since not everyone would know what to look for. sad world we’re living in.Will be sharing my experience with anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle. Hopefully I don’t get any more surprise expenses when it is brought in to get fixed.Edited to add, over a month has passed and no reply to this review. Of course. Yet I’m sure the team is being paid to make more 5 star reviews to make up for the 1 star ones.

It was a case of perfect timing and everything just falling into place.We’d sold our two Seadoos to an amazing family from NB.I looked at my husband and told him how much I missed our Mustang convertible.I loved our long, meandering drives along the coast and through the countryside.We had some of our best conversations and happiest times with her during her 3 yrs with us.We looked online, but nothing really caught my attention ...and then we put a call into Terry at Fairley & Stevens Ford.I think at first he thought we were joking.I mean, hadn't we just traded in our Edge and Mustang for a new Explorer to haul our Seadoos and hopefully a trailer to travel?After realizing we were serious, he tells us of one coming in today.He proceeds to describe her, but he had no pictures at the time.She Sounded perfect!We took her for our 'test drive' the next day and immediately knew she was coming home with us!We were in love.(In all seriousness, if you're looking for something specific, Terry will find you exactly what you're looking for. Go visit him! And Mike will make financing a breeze!)

Dealership seems to be going downhill since the new owners took over. They should take a look at all the other dealerships around and model there dealership around the others. It looks like a junkyard of vehicles scattered everywhere and hardly enough room to drive a vehicle around there. They have a whole extra parking lot for overflow and their dealerships still looks horrible. You can definitely tell it's new owners. The service department use to have sameday appointments and be more organized but now have to wait a week or more to get in for just a oil change. It all just seems so unorganized there now compared to what it use to be or compared to other dealerships. Think I may have to go to Steele for or MacPhee for from now on unfortunately.

Went here for a faulty part that was on a recall list. Was told after they did a diagnost" that the part wasn't going to be covered and to replace the part was going to be over $2300 for a after market or $900 for their part before shipping

If I could I would give him a half a star just because they exist. No other reason. I currently have have my work vehicle here for over 2 weeks going 3 weeks They let me know that parts are coming in but there's a great team" that they have no tracking numbers for the pieces that are coming in. As well as can't tell me when the parts are going to come in or when it can be fixed. The pieces they do have in stock they haven't started to fix my vehicle.I know there's a lot of high rankings across the board. That's probably when you buy your car. Because I'm not getting any of that service currently. Don't forget you'll be going to service way more than sales and they aren't helpful at all"

Great experience dealing with purchasing our first Ford product. 1.49% financing rates and quick approval from Ford Credit. Sales staff were very knowledgeable and went beyond my expectations to answer questions pre and post sale. Service Manager took time to speak to me and assure that her team will make every experience the best as possible.The trade in evaluation they offered was $4500.00 less than I received at a used car dealer selling it wholesale.
