Inspire horsemanship

Had a lovely riding experience at inspire horsemanship. The horses are lovely and well taken care of. Knowing that they rescue horses and rehabilitate made it even better. They supply you with boots and helmets. And they also have camping spots on site so you can go right from there. Thanks for having us.

ABSOLUTELY had the best experience! Jordan was kind and helpful in booking our trail ride. Ainsley was an excellent trail leader, and we loved all the help and encouragement as it was my niece’s first ride on a horse! The horses were easy going and friendly and the ride was simply GORGEOUS!!!! We’d ABSOLUTELY book again!!!!

We had an absolutely magical visit to Inspire Horsemanship and a beautiful morning trail ride with Jordan. The horses are gentle and clearly loved and well cared for and the property is lovely, right out of a movie! The hospitality of the entire team was outstanding. Jordan shares her knowledge of horsemanship and it is clear that her passion for this extends to those who work with her and meet her. Highly recommend that you journey here and stay the night in one of the nice spots overlooking the rolling hills and the horses grazing. Thanks Jordan!

Had an awesome trail ride! Jordan was super helpful setting us up and our guides Emily and Hannah we're excellent. Was also really impressed at how well cared for the horses are. Little details like always using a mounting stump in consideration of their backs, to not using a bit showed how much they care for the animals. Would definitely return, and absolutely recommend Inspire horsemanship to anyone looking for a fun and ethical trail ride adventure.

Our family had a wonderful trail riding experience with Jordan and her team.We were initially interested in Inspire horsemanship due to their informative website and professional appearance, as well as her approach with horses.Jordan’s responses were timely and informative, and this made it really easy for us to book and prepare.Upon arrival, we were well taken care of, as are her horses. Our trail ride with our 3 children was definitely a positively memorable experience. The scenery is absolutely wonderful and Jordan has a plethora of information and experience worth sharing.It was “inspiring” to see how she engages individually with her horses, while leading us as a group.I would definitely recommend this experience.

Beautiful place with happy and healthy horses that are treated with love and care. We had a great ride perfectly suited for beginners, with three lovely guides. 10/10 would recommend!

I was lucky enough to spend a month volunteering at Inspire. I am so pleased I got the opportunity to experience working in such a beautiful location with an amazing herd of horses. For anyone considering volunteering with Inspire, I highly recommend it. It was easy to arrange my travel from Ireland to Inspire and I quickly settled into a great work environment. Every day is different but most importantly filled with lots of riding and learning about horsemanship. I also highly recommend booking a trail ride with Jordan and her team. Customer experience and safety is a priority and you are guaranteed a unforgettably day on horseback.

We had a fantastic time at Inspire Horsemanship for our morning trail ride with Jordan. Her knowledge and love for her horses was evident throughout and every detail (including water and cowboy boots for all) was considered. Some members of our party hadn’t even been on a horse before, whilst others only a handful of times. Jordan made us all feel safe and comfortable straight away and her horses all had lovely temperaments. I would highly recommend Inspire Horsemanship to people of all ages and abilities. What better way to see the Canadian scenery!

Hands down one of the greatest horseriding adventure I've been on, and definitely the best thing to do in Merritt. If you're driving through the area and have a few hours to spare - you should definitely spend that time here riding around this incredible landscape. I did the Beach Trail and with a great time under my belt, came back for a second full day to do the Cougar Trail, it made such a positive impression on me. Owner Jordon is so lovely, welcoming and a perfect guide,. She has trained her team of horses exeptionally well, all with their unique personalities, such as: Cheyenne aka Dora the Explorer - shining through. I can't wait to go back and ride again!

What a fantastic experience! A must do for anyone visiting Canada! As someone who was feeling slightly anxious at going on a horse, I needn’t of been. Jordan is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in her field and made myself and the rest of the group feel at ease. My two children who have additional needs found the trail experience almost therapy like. They felt so calm and safe the whole time. You can see that Jordan puts so much work and love into these horses. The bond between them all is evident. Jordan was more than happy to answer any questions I had.A memorable experience for all the family in a beautiful location.
