United Rentals - Storage Containers and Mobile Offices

Horrible customer service and terribly mis-managed. These guys messed up my rental of a trencher TWICE!!First, when I went to pick it up the first time it was deemed unsafe for rental. It took 2 days for the trencher to come in from somewhere else and still No one thought to call me and let me know that it was not ready. So I had to disappoint the customer and cancel the electrical inspection. So I re-order the trencher for 3 weeks later to be delivered at 9am. Well I get a call at 7am wondering where I am and if they have the right address. It says right on the order form 9am and the address. Needless to say I'm extremely displeased and if I could give a 0 rating I would. Just horrible horrible customer service and extremely mis-managed! If anything I'll beg of you to not rent from this company!!

Great team at the Stoney Creek branch. Made reservation on line. Pick up was seamless counter and yard staff very helpful to get me on my way.

I needed equipment rental at end of week, almost end of day and sales rep helped me get what I needed to site.

Service was prompt and really helped me get my project completed on time

I delivered a Genie Boom to them. 30 mins in and out. Nice place, good guys.

Poor business practices. Company charges your credit card, without you giving consent to have your card on file for charges, and doesn't provide clear direction and receipts to the cardholder on pricing. Have done nothing to fix this so I'll have to be disputing charges and wasting my time with this...Rent with someone else if you can.

Customer service has been nothing but fantastic. When they delivered the driver was super patient and was so helpful I recommend united rentals to everyone

Very poor service if I can go with a zero I would man lift was scrapped and I was overcharged due to being closed on the weekend grab that late Friday brought it back 8 a.m. Monday and would charge for 9 days I got it down to 8 very displeased they have lost all my business.
