Bongō Packaging

I am writing this review to share the story of the injustice business practices, lack of professionalism and terrible service of Bongo Packaging. My father and uncle started working with Chris, the owner of Bongo Packaging over a year ago. They are both Tool and Die makers and were hired on to make packaging. Once the job was completed, Chris refused to pay both my father and uncle the remaining amount owed, this total is about 7K. It is funny how their tag line is Made by very nice people in Canada" When it should be "Made by free labour in Canada". My father and uncle were nice enough try to be patient with Bongo Packaging for their payment but now it has been over a year and the company is still giving the same old excuses. The only reason why I am writing this review and not my father is because my father has recently passed

My post outlining the challenges I have had has been removed. Including photos. The design process was great, but the product did not meet my requirements, and many are not suitable for my customers. The quality of product on their website was not reflected in my order. The bottom print was missed in both the original shipment and the replacement shipment. They spoke of stickers for the bottom but I don’t have them. I can’t I’m good conscience give these to my customers.

Absolutely incredible customer service. They responded promptly to my inquiry, and provided input on the best size of product for my needs.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great quality and excellent personal service.

Spoke to a rep today following an inquiry I made on the website. Though the product I was looking for exceeded their maximum diameter, they recommended another company who might be able to help. I always appreciate when a business can help out those inquiring even if they can’t work together on a particular project. Thanks!

Chris, owner of Bongo packaging, promised to pay back what he owed to my husband for his hard work. Its been over a year, and I did not receive the payment as he promised by phone. He is taking advantage of the fact that my husband passed away months ago to get away unpaid labour.

Amazing experience. Great customer service, friendly and professional staff. I would like to recommend Bongō Packaging and its environmentally friendly products.
