I am not one to usually leave a negative review however our recent experience with this daycare was so poor I feel others should be warned before deciding to send their child here.I spoke on the phone with the owner( Eddie). We had confirmed that my child would be starting the first week of December with the 18 months + class.We were given an appointment to tour the place. Once we arrived we were shown the infant class and we mentioned that our child is 18 months. They seemed confused but then showed us the class our child would be in.One of the teachers in that classroom did not acknowledge us the entire time we were in the classroom. I have to say she looked absolutely miserable.When we went into the office to discuss paperwork and the owner said he would email me the rest of the information and paperwork. I asked him if he had a pen and paper to write down my email and he said there was no need and he already had it. I insisted that he did not because I never gave him that information of mine. I then gave him my email and myPhone number and he told us he would send the email that afternoon.The next day I checked my email and still did not receive an email so I decided to call the daycare back. The woman answered ( the owners wife which happens to be the teacher who failed to acknowledge us )She told me there’s no room for my child till April 30th. Confused as to why we were told we could start in December I asked if they could still send the paper work because at this point it was the only option we had since there’s a very long waitlist on laplace05. She said she would send me the info right away.I never heard back from them. We’ve decided to move on from this daycare because clearly there is something off with this place and there’s either a lack of communication or honesty. Either way this just is not acceptable for us.We have thankfully found a new daycare for our child with a professional and friendly staff.All I have to say is do not get your hopes up for this place. They say one thing and do another.
