Woof & Meow Spa - Dog & Cat Grooming - Vancouver

They are so wonderful with my miniature Pomeranian and I have been bringing her in for over 2 years! The last few places I used to take her, she would come out dehydrated and/or nicked in her pee region and bum hole! I was so scared to take her anywhere after that. But when I came across a groupon at Woof & Meow Spa I decided to try one more time and got Jamie who has been amazing with my Bootsie and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They always go above and beyond and do an excellent job with her grooming every time. She always come out smelling and looking great. It’s a low stress environment with no crating and kennel for them. They get to roam stress free and I believe that has helped my girl to get used to all types of dogs. I would recommend this place 100%!

Been coming Woof and Meow spa for the past year for my dog's grooming with each time being a good experience. Had an appointment two days ago, usually I get a call 45-60 minutes prior to closing found it weird but thought they might just be backed up with other appointments so just waited. Finally at 5pm I get the phone call to come pick up my dog, when I arrived the owner gave me additude saying that they close at 5 and that they called me and that we didn't answer her phone call. Showed her my call history and even got told that I was liar and that I deleted my call history and that she stated I just find it weird how you don't have any phone calls all day

My dog was dropped off at noon and I was told that it would take 3-4 hours. When I called for an update at 4.5 hours later, I wasn’t able to get through despite multiple calls. Also when I first dropped off my dog, no one was at the front. I rang the bell multiple times but they didn’t acknowledge that I was there. Where’s the customer service? There’s none. Maybe hire a receptionist? If someone is waiting at the front for 10 minutes, wouldn’t it be common sense to at least greet them? When I came to pick up my dog, I was told it was going to take another 30 minutes. When asked why it is taking so long, I was just left with excuses that they were busy and that if I can’t wait I could come back the next day to get the rest of the grooming done. I understand it can get busy but it is no excuse to not answer the phone calls and also to ask someone to come back the next day to get the work finished is a ridiculous request. Also they were talking behind my back afterwards as well!!! The door is wide open and I can hear every word you’re saying so that was extremely unprofessional. Unprofessional and unreliable service and terrible communication skills.

Our first visit we were greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable leaving our Mistress of Menace who has greeted washing like it was a rite designed around summoning the Empress of Darkness by the very act of scrubbing the dirt and sweat from her grubby body.Upon our return, nearly 4 hours of wonderful dog free time, the Empress remained locked away, and our 115lbs of Menace was clipped, washed, and dried. She even let them use the blow drier. My skepticism aside, the result could not be denied.We will be returning. Often.

I love how they cut my little girl Eevee! She always comes home beautiful and smelling like a dream. The staff are nice and welcoming too and really seem to genuinely love animals. Looking forward to taking my baby here for many years to come!

I’m so thankful I came across Woof and Meow Spa! We are new puppy owners and I had asked around a lot wanting to get some referrals but I’m glad I stuck with my initial choice!We were scared, because she is quite fidgety when we try to touch Butter’s face. But when I called the spa to make an appointment, she gave us some pointers to better prepare for the actual grooming appointment (and we will continue to practice!)Butter got a bath, face cleaning nail and some trimming around the face and bum. She came back looking nice, feeling soft and actually pretty calm! Sounded like she had a blast with the other dogs and the staff were so good to her!Definitely going back!

Amazing! Second time brining my pups to these groomers and they understand my requests perfectly every time. Both pups look very well-groomed and fluffy when I pick them up, not to mention they give them complimentary bow ties and treats afterwards. I should also point out that one of my pups has anxiety and these ladies handled him very well!

My two dogs Miso (14 years old) and Milo (8 years old) love going to see the ladies at woof and meow spa. Miso has been to the emergency twice in the past year and the ladies always try to get him in and out as fast as possible. They handle my furry babies with so much care and love! I highly recommend these groomers to everyone!
