I bought a bathroom tap which had a lifetime warranty. It started leaking so I went to the store. They said to me to bring the tap. So then I called a plumber to open the tap, and then I brought it to the store. Then for the past three months, they have been saying, that it will come next week but it never did. I needed an 8-inch tap and after three months they gave me a 4-inch tap. There is a young lady that works at the front, she is extremely rude and mean. Very Bad customer service. 0/10 recommended.

My heat was out, and even though they were booked up, they fit me in, gave me exceptional service, all at a fair price. What more could you ask for?

Original hot water tank size didn't fit but Ranj was able to trouble shoot and honour the original estimate. Guys were very professional and did a great job with the install plus gave some guidance and support on other plumbing issues we had with our home. Will work them in the future for sure five stars

Would not recommend to anyone at all. Most unprofessional bunch I've ever dealt with. Went through every room in the house despite being told not to. Entered bedrooms without permission. Tracked dirty shoes throughout the entire house without a single consideration of cleanliness or personal space of any kind.0/5 if possible.

Bal attended to our leaky and broken boiler today. He greeted me with kindness and had the utmost patience explaining the situation, considering it was likely his 3rd time explaining it within 30 minutes. Our landlords had let Bal in- I did not meet him until he was almost completed the job, so I was so pleased to see that he was implementing COVID safety measures without request. He also was incredibly cordial at working in our small space, which was not incredibly tidy given that we didn’t anticipate having “guests”, haha! He was also so quick to arrive apparently! Even though our landlords coordinated the service, I know I’ll be going to Superstar for my future plumbing and heating needs. Thank you for hiring kind and personable individuals on your team!

water main broke... city recommended trenchless... these guys were here the next day with a 4 man crew with equipment and the got job done right and fast. extremely professional.....afterwards you couldn't even tell these guys were ever there..

Everyone in the company is super helpful, the guys are very knowledgeable about their work. Sometimes you can even get items that cannot found anywhere.

I had a 27 year old boiler in my house, I called Ranjit to explained what can be done . Ranjit explained how they willn remove my boiler and hot water tank and replace it with Navein system. i told him i don't want tosee any pies running out the the drywall, Ranjit sent his DadGurdial Gadey over, ( what a gentleman Mr.Gadey explained and made sure no pipes r visible. Than came Ranjit's brother Baljeet. Wow what a perfectionist< he did such a awesome job that the vancouver city inspector was suprised. I would recomend Superstar plumbing to everyone. While we had a good experience the first time we used Sueprstar a year or so ago, despite a phone call, three text messages and a visit to their showroom send in the last 2 weeks, I couldn’t get someone to call me back. I appreciate that everyone is busy, but even the courtesy to politely turn down my smaller project would have been appreciated.
