Big City All Star Band
The band was extremely flexible working with us while we navigated the pandemic and had to reschedule multiple times. We wanted a big dance party and, with them, it was worth the wait. They played an amazing show and many guest said it was one of the best weddings that they had been to because of the band. They not only played songs we picked in advance, but took requests from guests. We would highly recommend them for any event!

Awesome entertainment! I planned a large corporate event with over 700 in attendance at the RBC Convention Center. Major sponsors and guests were so impressed and have already requested I book them again next year! Carlin was a pleasure to work with!

I simply have not been at the wedding and enjoy the music as much as I did this past weekend May 27, 2023The music was performed by nine musicians in the big city All-Star band based in Winnipeg. The band was replicated, new and old music And reimagined some of the material giving it more depth While using a changing array of vocalistsSeveral of my music, loving friends, were equally impressed

Big City All Star Band never fails to disappoint! They always create a super fun atmosphere that has guests at any event dancing all night and talking about how much fun the night was for days and weeks to come!! Which is why we hired them for our wedding!While Covid continued to throw obstacles in our way for our day, one thing that remained constant was the bands reassurance that no matter what, they would provide spectacular music all night with a fun atmosphere no matter how many people were in attendance! And that they did!When we decided to move up our wedding by 2 weeks with only 48 hours notice, the band saw this as no challenge! When we made a quick decision, on the morning of our wedding, to have our ceremony outside they said sure, set up their instruments outside, and again made it work and provided our ceremony with beautiful music! We wanted one of our family members to sing our first dance while the band played the music, and they made sure to coordinate with her a quick rehearsal, amongst the craziness, to make sure it all went perfectly! For the reception they played dinner music throughout dinner that included many known favourites. After dinner, they played many up beat tunes and medleys, and took requests all night, that kept our party going as we sat in chairs on the dance floor and danced in our seats (Covid friendly dance floor)!While our wedding may not have had a dance floor packed with over 100 guests, the band made sure that our Covid wedding was just as much fun as if we did and everyone is still talking about it!!We highly recommend Big City All Star Band to any one in the Winnipeg area who is looking for live music, super talented musicians and for the best party you could imagine!!!

We recently had the Big City All Star Band preform at our wedding, and they were easily our best decision. Carlin was amazing to work with leading up to the big day; he was so quick to respond, checked out our venue prior to our initial meeting, offered insight and suggestions, and truly went above and beyond for us.The band knows how to get the dance floor going and is so fun and interactive. We have seen them preform a few times and their talent is truly something special. Thank you for making our wedding day unforgettable.
