My brother brought his bike in a while ago, not running and he brought it home and was able to start it up and drive it immediately! He hasn’t stopped raving about this bike shop and how amazing their service is. We are very happy. Bikes never ran better! Love the people love the shop! I had my motorcycle safety inspected here last fall, and I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone looking for motorcycle service in Kingston. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and it was finished much sooner than I had expected! I will definitely be going back here to service my bike in the future.

They fixed my kids' ATV. They kept in touch to let know what was wrong with it and estimate on parts. When it was done they took the time to explain everything and I left happy

Great shop to deal with. My wife tire went on her bike during our trip and had to be replaced. The guys took great care of us and went above and beyond to get the replacement tire. Highly recommend!

Called ahead to book a safety. Was told to come in and drop it off in the morning. I got there at 8:35, just after opening. I walked up to the counter and said I am here to drop a bike off for a safety, and then the phone rang, I was told just one second, which of course, I have no issue with waiting a few minutes. This person, I’m assuming the owner (older gentleman), has no idea what customer service is. I waited at the counter over 25 minutes while he answered phone calls, looking up parts. (Customers were hanging up on him he was taking so long attempting to look up parts via catalogs) yet he still didn’t serve the only customer in his store. After waiting until 9:00 in his store I walked out the door. I have never seen such service in my life. I wouldn’t waste my time or money here folks!

Changed gear oil. Bought oil and filter to change my oil. Work completed in a timely manner and the bill was very reasonable. Friendly helpful staff.

Ross, the owner is it very knowledgeable motorcycle mechanic. His prices are very reasonable.

Wonderful people, fantastic service. Suzuki Ottawa/Canada let me down, would not service my bike because it was over 10 years old, however K- tech was there at very reasonable rates.Thank you

The first time I went there i was instructed to arrive 30 minutes before they opened. I ended up being about 15 minutes early and waiting there for 45 minutes expecting someone to arrive any moment. The second time I went there was really what set me off. I scheduled to have a simple spring service. It took nearly 4x longer and cost 2x more than quoted. I was waiting for hours. I was told I wouldn't need to go anywhere and it would be fast. I verified a few things to make sure all was good. Than when it was supposed to be ready I was still waiting out in the sun for several minutes and had to go back in to to ask about it. When I confronted them on all this I was told he doesn't like to work on Friday's and he implied that he had done me a huge favor. I didn't realize until after my bike died and i walked back to the shop that the fuel was shut off. I also noticed later while broken down on the 401 that my coolant reservoir was open and empty. I have never had a problem with this bike until going to them. Never ever going back there. Going a couple weeks with no bike during the best time of year for it when its my only transportation now.
