I come back frequently to check reviews and get gratification to see how many customers are not happy with this furniture store. Unfortunately my wife and I are a customers who got scammed. She aHas called 10 times to get them to ce fix our couch that had a so called warranty on. They say they will call you back but never do. Please keep the negative reviews rolling until they go bankrupt. And I hope anyone considering this place for furniture reads how many negative reviews there are and goes to a well known store like Leon's or The Brick.Listen it's like buying a Ford car. They have many dealerships. It talks about the integrity of your company name. Change your name if you want think you have credible store.Omg you guys finally found the file. First you claim that it was not your store and it was another store that i purchased and now you are claiming it is your store lol. There is that great customer service.It's only past the year mark because we started calling 6 months in and you refuse to stand by your word. Hope everyone is seeing this. I'm taking the time out of my life to do this because they sell horrible quality items and dont back up there word on them.Please people do not only take my word for it. Take the time to scroll for 20 min and see other peoples poor satisfaction with this place. Paramount furniture is a scam. Furniture is very poor quality and as soon as the transaction goes through they got you. What professional responds to a review in that matter also? Again not professional credible. Stop your search for best furniture store.. This is it.. You may be able to find another store with something different than this store.. But, great customer service and after-sales support like this store is nowhere else to be found.. We bought two sofas from this store. One custom made and other a floor model. Store manager Bhawan took time to understand our requirements, provided best advice and later delivered quality products.. They care about their customers even after sale.. I highly recommend this Paramount Furniture store Brampton location.. Just stop looking at reviews, go to this store and talk to Bhawan.. You will come back with a smile on your face.

I had a really great experience overall. Delivery guys (Param and team) were really professional and cordial. They were very experienced and set up the whole furniture (beds/chest/dressing table) in minutes. They were on time and kept me updated throughout the process.

Very successful experience. Strongly recommend for this location. Specially thanks to Mr.Brar who gave right advice. They promised in 2 weeks. And they delivered on same date which they mentioned so really very accurate in time frame.Very reasonable price with very good service.
