This was probably the quickest, least stressful experience getting a new phone. My only concern is, as I was looking at the contract that was sent to me. I never signed it, there was another signature where mine should be. I did no sign the contract. I don't know if the person at the store forged my signature or something else happened. This is concerning to me.

Harry was awesome to deal with when it came to getting my zfold, he checked plans and availability and assured me they would have a phone in for my wife within a week. It turns out they not only didn't have the phone but told us they couldn't finance a second phone. I'd call this business in bad faith.
