My laptop would not start and I was really lucky to have met Robert. Although my laptop's time was up after he did a diagnosis. He was very patient and provided me with professional and unbiased opinion and advice. I will definitely recommend his services to my friends.

I am a first time customer with Tethered Computer Services. My computer crashed mid-morning. Eric took my call and mentioned that Robert would call me back shortly - which he promptly did. This was much appreciated as I had an important and urgent need for the use of my computer. I dropped my computer off with Robert shortly thereafter and had it back in excellent working condition by mid-afternoon. Amazing service! Robert & Eric were both great to work with. I would absolutely recommend them and will use their services 100% in the future.Thank you!

I met Robert today for the first time after I went to his shop on the recommendations of other reviews, not only did he help tremendously fast with my issue (I called him, went in, and the problem part was replaced within an hour) but he was incredibly personable and enjoyable to talk to. He answered my many questions and provided and excellent rate for his services, I would recommend any who are unsure about choosing Tethered Computers for their needs to do so, I was not disappointed and don't think you will be as well,

My computer crashed years ago and Robert ended up saving the day then! Currently I was dealing with an issue with my MacBook Air not loading my safari and google web pages. I was concerned it was an issue with my Mac and I decided to give tethered computer repairs a call. Eric patiently guided me through the process on the phone which I am extremely grateful for. I was informed by Eric it was a wifi router issue. This was a big sense of relief. Eric saved me so much time and hassle. Forever will be my tech gurus!! Thank you :)

Had staples look at my laptop, who said it was unfixable and I was better off getting a new laptop. Thethered took my laptop in and fixed it within 2 days. Fast, friendly and effective. Will definitely speak highly of them to anyone who asks.

Rob once again rescued me!! My laptop could not be fixed and I was on a tight timeline. I am working on a large project and managing my client roster. He recommended getting a new one for a number of reasons. I could not get to a store to buy one in time. Rob agreed to not only recommend what I needed, he went and purchased it for me!!! Rob got everything up loaded and ready for my husband to pick up. I came home to a brand new laptop, ready for me to start work that night. Unbelievable customer service. You can count on Rob to provide excellence in technical support and he goes the extra mile!! 100000% recommend Rob!!! Thank you so much!!
