Great service. Good prices. Good knowledge. Took my chainsaw in for servicing. They did a bit extra for no charge and checked with me before doing the work so there were no surprises at the till when I picked it up.

I had a great experience at this store. Jordan helped me pick out the right chainsaw for the job. He took the time to show me how to tension it properly, gave lots of tips for use and maintenance. He went through in detail how to start it safely and get the most out of it. This is first time I've bought one so it was greatly appreciated.Another nice touch is that on all the price tags they have price and specification comparisons for the equivalent model from the big box-stores. Overall a great experience.

We buy equipment often here and Jordan has always been so helpful with going above and beyond with knowledge of the equipment or knowing when to recommend something bigger and better for the job at hand. Jordan seems to be a 1 man show and no matter how busy this guy gets he is super polite and helpful. Highly recommend this location for your equipment purchases!

Absolutely brutal experience here. Went in to buy a chainsaw chain, they were unknowingly having an issue with their debit machine. I was charged 4 times for 1 chain. When we realized there was a problem they said they'd take care of it and get back to me. 3 days later I called to follow up because I hadn't heard back from them, they told me I'd get a refund in a week or so". That was Sept 28th

We recently purchased a snow blower from this company and are extremely pleased with their service and their prices. They are knowledgable and stand by their products. Way better than buying from a big box store. They let us try out the machines and by doing so, we got exactly the machine we needed. They don't try to sell you the biggest and most expensive item. They will sell you what you need and they have it all set up and ready to use when you get it home. Will definitely make this our only stop for any lawn mower, chain saw or snow removal needs!

Knowledgable staff and decent price. We bought a brand new unit for a little over 4k.Our rep was younger, but very knowledgable about the product, and most importantly did not try to up sell or have us purchase a product we didn't need.Check it out if you need good yard equipment.

I took my chainsaw to this place. And without my consent they made damages to it were it is garbage. Never take anything to this place. They are under investigation.

Okay experience. Bought a weed eater here and they didn't give me all of the manuals, tools, and straps for it. Most of the time the phone is also unanswered. Service could be improved quite a bit.
