My wife and I came here during the hours shown on here on Google expecting to find some supplies for our wedding.... when we arrived they had a sign saying you needed to phone for an appointment. We phoned and they told us it’s difficult to stay open 24 hours.... Then don’t post that you stay open that long!! They arrived 20 minutes later and had very minimal to pick from. Quite disappointed! Don’t come here!

I got married in 2013 so this is a late review. However the staff are professional and very good with there services. Now looking to decorate for a baby shower and will be contacting them again.

Reyco was very friendly and had great decor ideas, unfortunately when it came to actually decorating, she forgot half of what we talked about and the accessories I had paid for! She did reimburse me for some of what she forgot and I was lucky that the venue I got married in was able to cover what she forgot.

This place was recommended by the Hall Coordinator. The moment I reach to this office, I got a prompt response from Reyco (owner) and scheduled an appointment right away.We went to her showroom and walked us through lots of options and ideas for an upcoming event.Reyco was very easy and pleasant to work it. She listens to what we want and even help us out to have a beautiful event.On the event day, we were surprised how simple yet elegant the hall was. Our guests are impressed with the table settings, center pieces, head table, linens to the very small detail.I am very with Reyco’s work and highly recommend her. WHAT A GEM IN HAMILTON!!! I have worked with Reyco for almost 10 years. She always leaves a wedding reception looking amazing. Reyco was wonderful! Our hall recommended her services and we couldn’t have been happier. She provided us with all table linens, chair covers, the head table backdrop, ceiling drapery with lights, and rental items including the love seat, easel, cake stand, and card box. It was stunning and we are so grateful she helped make our vision come to life!

Racist owner. She declined our business based on racism, claiming that we were fraudulent. Even after we sent SCREENSHOTS of our credit card information. Do not hire this company. She’ll forget everything you ordered and ask you the same question a million times. Worst company ever. She canceled my package two weeks BEFORE my wedding. When I asked for a refund she said NO. Crazy. We gave $500 deposit to hold the date. She CANCELED on us. The refused to refund. This is a scam company.
