Amazing customer service across the board. Great incentives to shop on Customer Value Days and Blue Days/ Airmiles promotions. I adore Safeway and I am hesitant to say anything negative. However, my loyalty lives to serve the public at large. Hence since management changed a couple of years ago, there's been a noticeable decline in the quality of Safeway's produce department. That in of itself is a big fat disappointment. Coupled with the fact that their prices do not reflect their lack of ability to source and deliver mouth-watering produce is outrageous! Having said that, Safeway is still where I most often shop. Why convenience and wicked-awesome staff.

I grew up shopping at Safeway but haven't gone in a long time. It's really nice to see it is still how it used to be. The lighting is much more pleasing to the eyes. My only complaint is that the aisles and where certain products go doesnt make complete sense but this could honestly because I worked for a different grocery chain in the past and agreed with how it was organized.Staff was friendly and quick. Was really glad the cashier double bagged my groceries to ensure the paper bags didn't break.

Thanks to the bakery for making my sons baby shark cake!!! I gave them a picture and they copied it perfect! AND it was delicious!!

It took 6 times on the phone to get threw so when I finally did I was Very disappointed with the deli dep, I ordered a sandwiches plater on Thursday and asked it to be ready on Sat but the lady asked me to come pay on Fri, I drove into town a day early ( from 3 hours out of town) and the lady said it's ready, I told them it was to be fresh for Sat, so I will never do that again,

This Isn't a complaint about this store, but against Safeway Canada!!!!So you bring in a new incentive program, Scene, but I only get points if a particular product has a bonus.NOT LIKE BEFORE, WHERE I GOT IT FOR $$$$$ SPENT??????BRUTAL DECISION!!!!

Very good. A nice selection of produce fresh Neely arranged. Meats and fish excellent fresh again. Lacks a little in the Asian or International Market aisle could use a better selection of Chinese Korean and Japanese noodles sauces Etc. Very good parking out front.

I do love Safeway and the store is so nice we were going to Superstore as we were just trying to save aLittle money however Loblaws does gouge so bad and the service sucks Today sealed my return as I was struggling to put a box in the car as I am on crutches and recently lost my left foot. Anyways one of the Safeway team members rushed over helped me and helped me in the car. Out of all the people around this gentleman dropped everything and helped me and I was at the post office not the Safeway but we will be shopping at Safeway from now on. Being on disability full time my money doesn’t go far but Safeway is so much more than just pricing and Superstore ain’t that cheap!
