Modern Mills General Contractor

Please don't go with this contractor, you will loose your money for an unfinished job.

We hired Dan to work on a new pantry for us, he was also supposed to install a new hood fan and relocate the microwave and create a cabinet for the microwave. He spent 7 weeks and never completed the job because we had to stop him for the sub-standard work he was doing for us. The hood fan almost fell on me while cooking and we had to call on a new contractor to get the work done. He took so much time off the work and always had an excuse of why he couldn't come. We got tired of his attitude to work and the fact that he doesn't know what he is doing. I doubt he has a general contractor certification because he has no idea what he is doing. We made a terrible mistake giving Dan the projects and a bigger mistake because we trusted him and gave him 100% of the money. Please do not use this company. He is not worth the hassle and we can categorically say that this is the worst contractor we have ever worked with.

We needed flooring repairs done in a rental asap because our tenant was moving in next day.They scheduled us asap and fixed it as they said they will, in the meantime had some plumbing issues and they stayed and repaired that as well.Service and communication was great, would definetly recommend them!
