We have been buying our business supplies for our laser and engraving business. They always seem to have the small hardware of pieces we need to finish our projects.Easy to find things on the website and it tells you what isle to look in. Saves time.

Had a lovely experience here and had to share! Went in looking to do a very specific Acrylic project. Stopped a lady in the aisle and she was very upfront that she was new and would get someone else to help me. Grabbed another store attendant for assistance but she wasn't a big painter so before I knew it I had 3 employees helping me to answer my questions. All 3 ladies were super nice and made sure I left with all the information I needed. Thanks for the help!

Michael's is my favorite place to wander. They have so many great crafting supplies, home decor items, and fun project ideas. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, and the sales are always worthwhile.

Took my oldest son to get a shadowbox for a jersey. The nice lady that was helping us told me to download the app to get 40% off of his purchase. He was thrilled, he was able to buy the largest shadowbox they had. The store is extremely clean and well lit. Looks like they recently upgraded to LED lighting, it is a huge improvement over the original fluorescent lamps. Great overall experience.

Had a custom made shadow box. Staff in the framing department were excellent, made wonderful suggestions and were very patient with me! The project turned out great.

I went to Micheals in Spruce Grove tonight. I was looking for a frame that came with matting. The lady in the frame dept. helped me choose a frame with matting that worked with my photos. I appreciated her helpfulness and opinion. Best customer service I've received in a long time. Thank you!
