Title: Unprofessional Service Experience at Nissan DealershipIntroduction:I am writing to provide a review based on the service I received as a loyal customer at a Nissan dealership. Despite my loyalty, I found it incredibly difficult to believe the level of service, customer care, and respect that I experienced. This review aims to shed light on the issues I faced after purchasing a brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue in February 2021, wherein multiple issues arose within just two years of ownership.Summary of Issues:Leakage on the pillars between the roof and the windows.Car failing to start, indicating a possible battery issue.Seat recall requiring attention.Service Experience:After encountering the aforementioned issues, I sent my car to Nissan Airport for repairs. Approximately one week later, I was informed that all the issues had been resolved, and I was instructed to pick up my car.Unacceptable Vehicle Condition:Upon arriving to collect my car, I was shocked and deeply disappointed by its condition. The following details highlight the unacceptable state in which my vehicle was returned to me:Rear mirror wire had become loose.Stains were present on the pillars from inside and near the rear mirror.All the car mats were carelessly thrown onto the seats.Personal belongings, including items hanging on the rear mirror and wiper stalk, were recklessly thrown onto the seat.One of my personal belongings, a remote control for the garage, was missing.Communication and Resolution:Seeking an explanation for these issues, I promptly contacted the dealership. However, I was met with an unsatisfactory response, being assured that everything was in order. Dissatisfied with this explanation, I expressed my intention to escalate the matter further.General Manager's Intervention:On a subsequent Saturday, I received a call from the General Manager, who acknowledged the severity of the situation and expressed a desire to inspect my car and discuss the matter with the service team. Unfortunately, the General Manager refused my request to visit the dealership on that Saturday, resulting in me having to take a half-day off from work and travel from Richmond Hill to Brampton for a meeting.Resolution Outcome:During the meeting, I presented the General Manager with photographic evidence of the condition in which I received my car. After providing a thorough tour of the vehicle, the General Manager acknowledged the negligence and offered to reimburse the amount for the garage remote. Finally, I was sent on my way with an apology.Conclusion:Based on my experience and the unprofessional manner in which the dealership handled the situation, I cannot recommend this establishment for its service. The lack of respect shown towards a loyal customer, coupled with the poor condition in which my car was returned, has left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Great service. Receptionist was very swift, transferring my calls to the service department. I would have called more than twenty times in the last two weeks when my car was in the service centre, every time my call was picked up and transferred very fast.Ashley, at the service department was super helpful, answered my calls and was very patient with my questions and enquires. Gone above and beyond my expectations.Garry was so sweet helping me fixing the issues at the earliest. I had a small honk issue after the service- which was fixed very fast.I had bad experience with Nissan Canada but not with the service center.Overall, a great place.

Buying my car from Airport Nissan was one of the best experiences I’ve had in customer service. The team was fast, helpful, and so welcoming! Especially the sales representative Rodolfo Becerra. Rodolfo made sure all my paperwork was correct and that I understood it, patiently walked me through all the gadgets that came with my car, and even adjusted the delivery time to fit my schedule after I had to cancel on the original delivery date. Without a doubt I will be buying my next car here and telling all my friends about it. Thank you Airport Nissan!

Amazing experience. I went to change the battery on my key and just asked about recalls that I received during Covid. Ashley overheard the conversation and right away checked my file and booked the same day appoinment to fix that. It was fast and very efficient, got key mob cover and free car wash. 10 stars for Ashley!!! Thank you Ashley for exceptional customer service!!!

I drove in from the USA and thought I was hearing an issue with my transmission. Called airport nissan and spoke to Ashley about what was happening and maybe it needs a transmission oil change along with a differential oil change. She told me that they would have a look first and make sure they can fix it properly, otherwise she would advise the car be taken back to the US so that it could fixed under warranty. Dropped my car at noon keeping my fingers crossed and got the call back 3 hours later that everything fine but the oils were overdue to be changed.Picked up the car and Ashley gave us a great deal on both being changed.That is honest service. Would recommend using them anytime.

Called them for appointment and no one from the service department returned my call...After waiting for two weeks I booked the appointment online for transmission flush and recall.Next two days I was contacted via text message for confirmation, I asked couple questions and decided to confirm the appointment.Upon arrival the lady at the counter was nice and helped me answering my questions and concerns.Service was done before the estimated time and so far my car runs better with transmission service. Will know for sure in very hot day if the transmission won't heat up.Overall satisfied with the service.
