Delta 9 Cannabis Store

I go to this store whenever I'm in Thompson n I always have a good experience but today I came across a rude woman with red hair n a bit old. This woman didn't even know about her own products n on top of that it felt like she was trying to rush me, my mom, n my auntie out fast cause we are native. Not saying she's racist but it did have a racist vibe to it to be honest.

No actuall customer service, went it there looked at a display case decided on a strain go the the counter to then to be told that there sold out and to look in the catalog for what they had. None of that information was posted on the case only in the catalog and no staff felt they should inform me that I was clearly wasting my time looking at a display case.

Ordered delivery at 2:15. The delivery window said on the website indicated between 5-7.I received a call at 5:28 explaining that the beverages I had ordered were actually all out of stock, and that they would simply remove these items from my order and send the rest. However that was the entirety of the order I actually wanted, I was ordering an article of clothing to meet the minimum 45$ limit for delivery, but couldn't order many drinks as it went over the legal limit. So they said just submit another order but I explained that I didn't want to do that as I would have to order more things I didn't want. The entire time the customer service agent was rushing me to get off the phone even though I had plenty of questions that resulted in me calling back immediately after she terminated the call.The customer service agent said she would refund the entire order and I could resubmit the order and it would be filled and en route by 6:30, giving me an hour to browse. I was counting on this being the truth. It's 7:00 now and I called the store and they don't have an eta when the driver will be here, it would seem my order was deprioritized.Disappointing that Delta 9 creates expectations that they are either unable or unwilling to meet. This order has been an inconvenience and I will likely never use the delivery service as it seems it requires one to beg for service that is below the expectations set by the company as per the website.It also says that the stock is updated in real time (every 15minutes).And the website still shows it in stock

I'd give this place a higher rating but the Assistant Manager, Jessie looked whacked out on blow and I swear to God, I thought I was gonna have to throw hands before I left the store.

Love the workers that work here. The boys are the best.They are very kind and helpful but yesterday a Rude Asian Lady was passing comments about her Customers and was being judgemental on people coming to the store.She didn’t know her products and was being rude when asked for help.

Advertising false operational times, it was locked around 9 45 pm on sunday which is misleading when you say you are open till 10

Many items in stock online" aren't actually in stock when you visit store. Waste of time going there
