I recently had the pleasure of visiting Village Auto Tech, and I must say, their service exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff who provided great personalized customer service. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions.The waiting room was an absolute delight. It was incredibly clean and organized, creating a comfortable environment while I waited for my winter tires to be removed. The attention to detail was evident throughout the entire facility, making it a pleasant place to spend time.What impressed me the most was their efficiency. I called in the morning to schedule an appointment for my tire removal, and they were able to accommodate me right away. Not only that, but the charge for the service was very reasonable, providing excellent value for the quality of work performed.Although the location is tucked away from the main street, don't let that deter you. Once you find Village Auto Tech, you'll be glad you did. I was so impressed with their service that I immediately made another appointment for my car to be serviced there.Overall, I highly recommend Village Auto Tech. Their great personalized customer service, immaculate waiting room, and prompt, reasonably priced services make them a top-notch choice for all your automotive needs.

Great and honest service! I took in my vehicle in the morning without an appointment for an air conditioner issue. The staff were extremely professional and accommodating! I had my vehicle ready and good to go for a charge that was quite lower than other garages.

Honest prices for quality services. I have my bmw 340 serviced regularly. Turn around are very good too.

Straight forward. They give realistic timelines. Good service. Will be back with my beater car.

Been going here for many years. Candido and his team do an amazing job and are super honest about everything. They will always tell you if something can wait, or if it cant, which is great if you have a lot to have done. Would highly recommend them!

They have always made time midday for tire changes, etc. I also had a radiator issue - they repaired it quickly and frankly for a very fair price.

These guys are so good! You feel so comfortable walking in! They really gave me all the options for my car and it allowed be to pick what tires would work best for a price that worked for me! Its a nice vibe! My car was well taken care of!

Village Auto was fantastic! Took my car in for my oil and engine light, they took the car in immediately and within a day had diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Not too expensive, and wasn’t pushed to do anything the car didn’t need. As a young woman I was a bit nervous about a new mechanic, but was totally impressed and will definitely bring my car back here when it needs it.

The experience I had at Village Auto was easily the most seamless process of any shop I visited. Called ahead of time and asked for availability, they gave me a date and time, I showed up at that time and they got started right away. I needed to get a lug nut replaced, the mechanic showed me the issues with the mount and fixed it in less than an hour. Very friendly and transparent service, something that seems to be hard to find these days.Although Village Auto does walk-ins, they are quite busy so I’d advise to call in advance and ask for availability. As other reviews suggested, they are indeed reasonably priced! I would recommend this shop to anyone.
