I attempted to use this post office this evening and was rudely told that they closed at 6pm. The man named Mohsen argued that I was looking at google hours. Please be kind and update your hours! No need to yell at your customers.

I'm 86, walk with a cane, spent 30 minutes getting ready to go out to the post office to mail a letter to USA. Drove 15 minutes, walked 1/2 block from the parking lot and found that the post office was closed for another 50 minutes. They are supposed to be open continuously from 8:30am to 9:00pm. I'm more than a little annoyed ... really poor service.

Hours are WRONG. Employees are essentially useless and probably handicapped. I came to pick up a package and they said they’re going for break , ALL 4 OF THEM.???? I just drove 35 minutes from my house to get into town and now I have to wait 20 more minutes . what an absolute joke.

Hours online are not correct. I went at 6:30pm to pick up my parcels, the Canada Post employee barely turned around and loudly stated we are closed". I replied "but the website said..." and was promptly cut off by the same employee "we are closed!". OK

Went in thinking they were open until at least 9pm as my pick up slip stated. To my surprise when I arrived they had been closed for an hour. How is someone supposed to pick up their parcels before 6pm when you work out of town till 5:30pm? So much for trying be convenient, thanks for the terrible service Canada Post yet again. Not to mention wasting my time with wrong hours posted absolutely everywhere but in store.

Worst post office ever. Get your act together Canada Post! This is a joke. What is the point of having opening hours if you don't update them or stick to them! Waste of my life, every time. Make the drive somewhere else STAY AWAY

Walked to the post office today app. 10:30 am, the post office was closed contrary to info on search page. No telephone no. available to confirm the office is open or inquire about shipping related matters. Canada Post is this the best you can do?

Great Post Office with Great team. They always help when needed and step up in a big a way for me when needed. Although, the hours were wrong from what was on my card, I did notice the last time I was in they had changed their hours. Hopefully Canada Post can help these Shoppers employees and change their times online. I have seen these employees yelled at numerous times for what Canada Post Fails to do.

Terrible, terrible service. Hours are never correct. I have now tried 3 different times to pick up my parcel and still do not have it. My last attempt today I turned up at 2pm, 6th in line in the queue and told I'm only serving 4 people and then I'm on break". The handwritten sign on the counter states break time (not lunch time) starts at 2:30pm (Not on their website). So she can only serve 4 people in 30 minutes???? This post office has a really bad attitude problem and customers are a complete inconvenience to them. Something has to change."
