Dr. Queena Chou

If I could give her a negative 10, I would! If you are ever referred to thos doc, run the other way!!!! Seriously! The most horrible patient after care imaginable! Good luck ever getting a hold of her post surgery. Oh and if she even comes to see you post surgery, or even updates the family. Nothing. Was sent home after 4 days in the hospital, had complications at home 2 days after. Tried to get a hold of her, nope, never called back. Ended up in the hospital in St Thomas again where the on call doctor told me it was very common for them to see Dr Chou patient in the emerge after discharge. He gave me actually proper care in the emerge and HE was the one who actually followed up with meDr. Choua never even called me back. The doctor in emerge said he would send her an email but told me not to hold my breath cause most likely I wouldn't even hear back from her. 6 weeks later I was scheduled with a post op appointment with her.. got there at 1 p.m and left at 7:15. What a horrible HORRIBLE doctor. Do NOT get yourself sent to Dr. Queena Choa. When you call the office you are told to only leave one message and will be returned in priority sequence. It's all ridiculous. I spoke to the receptionist a few times and she always told me the same thing. That she emailed Queena my concerns and was waiting to hear back from her. I guess she never heard back from her.

Awesome Dr. Sometimes you have to wait in the waiting room but she's thorough. She's a specialist so if we need to wait to see her so be it. She has worked with me to find some relief. Awesome doc!!!
