Absolutely the worst, too bad I am forced to give 1 star. This location should be shut down for the following reasons:Cold food that has to be day-old, that is just reheated and still served cold. This caused stomach issues which you can imagine what result means, not friendly, not accommodating, rude, uncaring etc..Save your money - go anywhere else!!

I ordered 4pieces combo to go at Silvercreek , Guelph. when I got home, opened it, there are 4pcs dried chickens :1drum and 3 look like chicken thights and there is a piece of bone left over in the box that make you feel like your chicken has been recollected from some one left over and now being served to you. That was a terrible experience I had. The service was fast but the food was terrible, I would never come back to that location again.

Requested for food to be made Fresh out of the fryer. Communicated in 2 different languages to make sure the cashier understood what I wanted. She assured that I'd get it fresh and hot.Guess what! I got it borderline cold.Wouldn't recommend, especially if you have customized order or special requests.

I tried their new Famous Chicken Sandwich. It certainly was not like what you see in the picture! My chicken piece was quite small and over cooked. It had way too much sauce. I have to be honest that I was greatly disappointed. Should have gone to Mary Browns across the street.

Update:It's getting better. Order accuracy is a hit or miss but improving.Original:Great looking store but it stops there. This new location must get the bottom of the barrel chicken from their supplier. My chicken pieces were the worse I've ever seen an establishment dare to serve it's customers. Save your money.

Nasty and rude. Tried to sell us garbage quality food and wouldn't even provide a refund when asked. Cold and soggy fries, revolting dark chicken looked super old and gross. I refused to take the food. The manager or owner or whoever pretends to be incharge of this place is a thief because he would not give me a refund and would not provide proper KFC quality food....what this place tries to serve is not even for for a dumpster. Head office should take back this store before they loose ever customer to these horrible people.

Staff in silver creek location is very rude… I went for work there bcz they mentioned everywhere for hiring Bt the lady said there are no any hiring evenly they had hiring on that location, I thinkPeople are very mean to their own work nd for their own earnings.

I try never giving a bad review as bad as this but sometimes it's necessary. We were a loyal customer but instead of trying to keep our business the manager decided to lose us as customers.Went there and asked for fresh chicken. Told them I can wait, which I have done in the past. The manager told me no and that the chicken has only been sitting for 30 min. This is not acceptable. Chicken sitting out under a lamp drying out for thirty minutes? Chicken should never be out that long and be sold. Told me they will not be making more chicken for and hour and ten minutes which would mean that this location will keep the chicken sitting out with some pieces over an hour and a half old.My point being that if a customer wants fresh chicken then they should get fresh chicken. It takes 25 minutes to make fresh chicken and if the customer is willing to wait, they should satisfy their request. If he had done what I asked, he would have made the sale, I would have stayed a customer and while I waited, those customers that came in while I was waiting that don't care if the chicken was sitting around would have still bought the chicken. I will never be back, not because I don't like the chicken, it's because I don't appreciate the lack of care this location has for the customer.My advise to the manager, change your policy or reviews like the snot and spit one will be taken seriously, not saying it's not a real incident, your attitude just makes it that much more believable.By the way if the manager never did what he did yesterday I would have never read all the bad reviews. Now after reading them and applying what transpired with me and my family and that KFC location, we won't be back.

Spit in the gravy, snot in the chicken. My friend used to work at this location, the other staff are nasty, if a customer makes any special requests employees would do horrible things to their order, actually pick their nose and wipe snot on the chicken before filling the order. Friend quit and had reported to authorities, but all those staff and manager are still there.
