Great service. The driver, Wyatt was fabulous. Very kind, very efficient. I would highly recommend this service, especially if you are lucky enough to get Wyatt for the trip!!.

Big thanks to our Angel Steve who happened upon us just as our trailer decided to go it’s own way after a big pot hole.He towed our trailer 2 hours where we met up, bought a replacement part and on our way with no loss of time. Called BCAA and Mid Island Towing came and rescued us. Great service from Liam who waited patiently while i purchased a new battery and he installed that for us but we still needed a tow. Recommended!

The tow truck drivers at mid-island towing are exceptional. What was a very stressful situation was made so much better by the incredible service that was provided by the drivers and dispatch. I cannot thank you all enough!!

Shout out to Mid-Island towing who came to our rescue on Christmas Eve when the clutch blew on the truck.It was a busy day but they made it, the driver was excellent and was able to park our poor truck perfectly in the driveway where it could be fixed in situ. AND it was surprisingly affordable.Thanks you guys!!!

Excellent service! One of my livestock passed away and they made arrangements for me and took care of picking her up and taking her away. Wonderful driver and very respectful. Thank you Mid Island, you made a hard day much easier.

Stranded with groceries and despair, new car, not working, hatred and anger.Wyatt shows up, was told he'd be there in 90 minutes by BCAA, the guy took 15 minutes tops. Not only was he quick to arrive, he also worked quick and carried on a conversation with me the really made the best out of stressful situation. By the time he had the car hooked up and ready to go, I was already feeling much less negativity. I was still worried about our frozen groceries and raw meat, but Wyatt went above and beyond to give us a ride home.The guy showed up early, worked fast, went out of his way to help us. I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do I will be requesting Wyatt personally. I'd even wait the full 90 minutes for such great service.

Was stranded in Nanaimo with car issues and had to get a tow back to Port Alberni today. Service was quick and excellent. The driver, Chad, was friendly and fantastic. Would recommend to anyone in need of a tow.

Super friendly and helpful—especially Glen who was incredibly patient and helpful, transporting my car, my daughters, and me back to the mainland with a really tight turn-around. Hopefully will not have to use again, but I found myself in a similar jam in the future, I would not hesitate to give them my business.

I hope I never have to call them again…only because that would mean somethings gone terribly wrong with my Jeep lol. Came and picked me up on the highway by Horne Lake and got my Jeep and me home.
