Forbes Beauty Co. Is absolutely the best boutique spa in Ottawa. The ladies that work there are amazing. I would highly recommend visiting them soon and often!

Forbes has such quality products, and a great atmosphere. They have the best sugaring around, and my shellac manicure lasts much longer than anywhere else I've been. Angela in particular is excellent!

Always great service. Laura and Paige are fantastic, suggesting what would look best, they're always spot on. Love getting my nails done is such a friendly cosy environment. Highly recommend.

Whenever I treat myself to a manicure or pedicure, Forbes is my absolute favourite place to go. Both Laura and Paige do amazing work, and it's clear that they genuinely love their jobs and interacting with their clients. They both always greet me by name and ask about things they remember I had going on in my life. I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, and can't stop looking at my pretty nails (which continue to look good for three to four weeks, thanks to the great shellac application). Also have tried sugaring, eyelash extensions and a facial here, and would highly recommend any and all of their services.

Laura is amazing! Highly recommend. She did an amazing job with my brazilian and full leg wax. Made me feel very comfortable and not judged at all! Amazing with trying to fit you in as well! Absolutely fantastic!

My daughter and I go here whenever we need a Mani/pedi day. It's small, personal and quiet. It doesn't have the fancy chairs and sinks but the owner and staff are so friendly and do a much better job then some of the larger franchise stores.

This is my favourite beauty salon/spa. It is conveniently at Fairmont and Wellington St. You can call or text them to make an appointment and they will respond quickly. It was easy to make an appointment for the same day or next day.Paige did my Shellac gel manicure and it lasted about three weeks, until I had it removed. The gel looked so good at 2.5 weeks and that's never happened to me because they always chip or start to crack and peel within one week. I told her I wanted a neutral colour so we took a few nail polishes and tested them out first. She is patient, knows what she's doing, and her work speaks for itself.She also did eyebrow waxing and the shape is perfect and it was quick. I usually get threading because I find I get great results in the shape but I don't like the threading feeling.I'm getting a pedicure now. I'm sitting on an Adirondack chair, looking out the window, the salon smells lovely, it's quiet, there's relaxing music on, staff is friendly and the service is good!I will always come to this salon when I'm visiting Ottawa!!

Paige did the makeup for me and my bridal party and she was absolutely fantastic. She was timely, accommodating and, most important of all, she made me look/feel gorgeous on my wedding day. I would highly recommend her.

Just had a facial. So relaxing. Feels good. Will definitely be back. Also had CND shellac polish done here a few months ago. Very good and lots of color options to choose from. Highly recommend.
