Nova Stone

We got our beautiful stone for our new kitchen here. They were very helpful and had a great selection to choose from.

We recently had Novastone install granite countertops and they far exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we first walked into their showroom and met Victoria we were confident that we had entered a truly customer focused business. Victoria was extremely knowledgeable, and professional and went the extra mile finding solutions to all our needs. More importantly to us, she took the time to listen to what we wanted and was sincerely friendly and personable. Rob, one of the co-owners in this family business, showed us the fabrication process, helped us with the product selection, and answered all our questions and made us feel that he had all the time in the world for us. When Rob came to “measure “ his attention to detail was amazing as was his people skills. Novastone worked to our schedule and did everything they said they would on the time line we were promised. Corey and Marek, Rob’s father and partner did the installation and we were blown away by the quality of the workmanship and how remarkable our new kitchen looked. Both these gentlemen were very easy to be around. When we closely examined the finished product it was evident that Rob and the team were fine craftsmen. The thought given to how the veins of contrasting quartz aligned at the seams was very artistic. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how wonderful Corey was in given us great advice and just being a super nice person.This was an unbelievably positive experience for us and we would highly recommend Novastone.Dave and Sharon Linkie

Nova Stone in north bay is the place to go if you want quality countertops. Nova stone has recently installed a granite countertop in our kitchen ( upgraded from laminate ). I have to say, we couldn’t be more pleased with it. With their huge selection and displays of stone, friendly and knowledgeable service, I would recommend anyone to go see nova stone. With Nova Stone’s on site cutting and fabrication, my countertops were installed with very little wait times. Not wanting to replace our current top-mounted sink, they were able to under mount it without any question. I highly recommend going to see Nova Stone for any countertop needs.

Wonderful people to work with! I can’t say enough about the quality experience I had.Victoria has a great eye for colour and design. My quartz counters are installed and they are beautiful!I would definitely recommend this family run local business.

The team at Nova Stone were great to deal with. The office staff helping with design and selection, the production and install teams did fantastic work. People that come into my home are blown away by the counters and kitchen island.
