We my husband and I just purchase new stove at Malaket the service is excellent, sales person was really helpful no pressure the prices are very good and the date of delivery was exactly the day he had quoted us not like some other places where you can wait 2 to 3 weeks to deliver this has happened to some friends of ours and I have tonsay the delivery guys we're very respectful and very polite we are planing on getting other appliance from this store they have great selection on furniture so hats off to this store .

He listened to our concerns and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Purchased a great new sofa from Malaket its Canadian made and the manufacturing is excellent. Marc Marlow was our sales person whom we have worked with before. Hes friendly and patient, takes the time to make recommendations. Their delivery is great (it's free which is nice when so many places charge you fees today) and their delivery guys are professional and friendly as well. Not the first time we have purchased from Malaket and definately will not be the last time as now we need a new coffee table to go with our new sofa. Very happy with the services. They even knocked the price down a bit due to an issue (nothing bad and not their fault) at the manufacturing end. They didn't have an advertised colour... which again was no fault of Malakets nor did they have to knock the price down for it but they did. Great service.

100% the best company for purchasing appliances.They gave us a great deal compared to every other store we spoke to, and their customer service is the best I've ever seen. When one of the stove's we got through them blew a fuse after just 2 weeks, whirpool wouldn't do anything for us. So Malaket loaned us one until whirpool could get the parts and send a technician to fix it. Their delivery guys are also great. Very friendly and helpful. If I could give them 6+ stars I would. Don't bother looking anywhere else. Just call Malaket!

My search for a quality counter height barstool is now over. I walked into this amazing store today, I was greeted by a friendly smile and then another one followed.They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and what I didn’t like out of everything I found “online”. They were amazing to deal with, I got the product I wanted, a good deal. I will be returning customer from now on!! Forget box stores!! This place is awesome!! Highly recommend!So I bought 6 Amisco Counter Height bar stool with custom Color’s. 10 year warranty! The pic is just from today, the product will take a while to get but it’s worth the wait! Always have great service when we go. We have purchased a new bed frame and mattress and are extremely pleased with everything, from price range to quality and service. We will definitely be going back when our child needs a new mattress.

I was looking for dining chairs for over a year to match a wood table I made myself. I checked a lot of places with negative results. I was new to the area and didn't know about Malaket. We found some chairs we liked that were comfortable, but the colour didn't match. Turns out the chairs were customizable with many choices of colour and material. We bought six at a great price that match perfectly. Our salesperson was Eric Clermont, who was possibly the greatest salesperson I've ever dealt with. I like to get my questions answered without any pressure and that's exactly what he did, plus he was hilarious and enjoyable to talk to.Canadian made furniture at a great price shipped to my door. I went back and bought a recliner a year later from Eric again due to my first experience. And when I need to buy something else, I will go back to Malaket and speak with Eric again.
