Very easy way to donate online. All organizations are vetted and you get a receipt for tax purposes.

I love making my donations here! One receipt at the end of the year (or at time of donation- your choice) and no hassle. I can make multiple donations in one 'visit' and have only one receipt for taxes.

Great place to donate to charities, especially if you donate to several. You can easily search for the charity you want on their site and they will send you tax receipts for all donations at the end of the year.Making several donations is faster because they have all your info on file, even your credit card.Only objection for me is the fact that they suggest a donation to Canada Helps, which is fine BUT, they also charge a fee to the Charity, which is not cool, in my opinion! I feel that the Charity should receive 100 per cent of your donation, especially since you are paying Canada Helps for this service.

Canada Helps help fund genocidal institutions while being fully aware they're doing it. They help non-profits that have the same policies and practices of that in the residential schools and you don't even need a social experiment to prove it, walk into any of the NGO's they help raise funding for and see for yourself how indigenous people are treated

Great organization!After donating to the charity of my choice, I usually select the option to donate to CanadaHelps directly. If you don't want to donate to CanadaHelps, it is very easy to opt out of it by unchecking the box.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Looking for a small correction on my tax receipt that was issued over the family day weekend. They keep issuing the ticket numbers. I called and spoke to a lady who seemed to be preoccupied, not sure why will one take a call if you are not ready. I was assured an email with instruction from her end but nothing has been received so far.Called again and selected the “call return” option. It is almost end of the day but no reply.The charity I support (Food4Kids) work in partnership with CanadaHelps…honestly try and make it easy for donors.

I am adjusting my review. I am fed up with the “Negative option billing that adds money on every time I make a one time donation. This option should be changed to require the donor to choose it.I have been using CanadaHelps for years. ⭐️Great for monthly donations. ⭐️You can give anonymously or choose to have your info provided to the charity. ⭐️Never have to wait for your tax receipt. ⭐️Every Canadian registered charity is on their site."

While appreciate the convenience of my donations made automatically and the ease of getting a tax receipt, I really don’t appreciate them passing my information to other charities. I received 5 packages asking for money in today’s mail alone, some for charities I’ve never heard of and all for charities I’ve never supported, as well as numerous emails over the past year. These solicitations have only started since I used this service. I won’t be using them again.
