Thought I had to book an appointment (earliest appointment was over a month away). Took my chances at going as a walk-in. Arrived to a near empty parking lot. Greeted at the door and handed a number - 2 - to be seen. In the waiting area for less than 5 minutes before I was taken to an agent to submit 2 passport applications. The whole process took maybe 35 minutes, which exceeded expectations. I was prepared to wait up to 2.5 hours.

I was reluctant at first becuase of the rating regarding the service but, hey, it wasn’t a bad experience. In fact, it was very efficient as long as you booked for appointment. I see many walk-ins and they waited longer compared to those with appointments

Staff were super friendly and helpful during my visit while I had an appointment booked. It’s helpful to have an appointment booked in advance so your visit goes fast and smoothly.

I had appointment today after waiting for long, i missed one document to brought from home. i called my family member to bring me the document. it only took him 10 min to came. when i entered one guy with bald head and short height told me i can't go in as my time is over. i requested him that i took day off from work for today's appointment. He replied with rudely that TAKE ONE MORE DAY OFF". I felt so disrespectful and left. Looks like people working for service Canada do not have respect for others."

I’m here on a Wednesday morning in September 2022, and I hear the wait time is 2.5 hours. Maybe better to make an appointment, but online there is no free appointment for two months! So we decided to wait it out. I’ll finish writing this review once my experience is done.Update: we spent a total of 2.5 hours here. The wait outside was about 1 hour, then the wait inside was about 1 hour, and once it was our turn the process itself took 20-30 minutes for one passport application. When we arrived, a guy came out and warned everyone about the wait time, and spent a lot of time answering people’s questions, which was very helpful. He was very professional, friendly and treated everyone with respect, taking time to make sure everyone understood how to do things.Right now it’s Sept 2022 and the passport is estimated to arrive in January 2023. I’ll update again once we get it.Update: my passport came only a few weeks after I applied for it - I think I got lucky! Thank you for the good service!!

Great experience. Courteous staff. Walked in and got every process completed same day and in 20 minutes.True to their words. Passport arrived date they stated it will.

Today I went to stall 7 the officer was super nice and friendly and I got my new sin within 5 mins. Thank you!!!!!!

I attended the Taylor Service Canada site on Jun 5 23 after checking what their hours were. It stated opened until 4. I had hoped to be there by 3:20 but Winnipeg traffic is horrific. I got there at 3:40 to be informed they don’t see people past 3:30. No where on the web site or on the door did it state that. I politely asked to see a manager and a very young man came to state the same thing the student did. No explanation about why this is not posted on the website. To add insult to injury the security guard approached me from behind. I’m 65 years old. What did she think I would do? Not impressed with the service at all.
