Peck Home Inspections

This home inspector did an inspection on our home and gave misleading information to the buyers. We had the supposed issue checked by a specialist in the industry and another inspector, at our own expense, and it turns out that she was wrong and had sabotaged the sale of our home for no reason. It is really disheartening how one uninformed person can have such a huge and negative impact on our lives.

Julie did an outstanding job inspecting our home and property. She was at the property for well over 3.5 hours. As a first time home buyer it felt like I took a course on home ownership. She told us the things that required fixing and provided information on how to go about it! Julie is the one and only inspector I would use!
