This has to be the only Tim Hortons in the country who’s employees do not know how to work a mobile order. I’ve grown accustomed to placing the order, then going to the counter to notify them that I’m here, or else the will not begin preparing it. This is obviously not their fault. Management needs to step up and train them. That’s what they get the big bucks for! Do better!

I used to buy coffee during weekends here. Last few weeks the coffee was so bad.... I understand about the drive thru timing but at the same time you have to satisfy the customer too.... got 4 coffees this mng and all of them were not the way hw I ordered.

Every single time I use this location, which I've already complained and never got a call back from the general manager of this location. Mobile order is last to be served and not properly done. I received my bagel, 5 minutes later my coffee and then 5 minutes later I'm questioned as to why I'm still standing there, STILL WAITING ON THE REMAINDER OF MY ORDER!This is the ONLY location I go to that makes more sense to just walk in and order. No other location prepares item by item once you walk in. This is completely unprofessional and exactly why I try not to go to this location. They obviously need retraining on Mobile orders.And when you ask to speak to a manager during this time....NO manager on duty.When you ask the staff why it's being prepared after you arrive they say company policy to prepare once you arrive"I was also told my another staff member thats their policy only on the weekends. So they lie or just don't know what they are doing.Avoid this location. So many other locations with much better service and customer service."

Costumer service is the worst, long time at drive through, if you walk in to order they ignore you because they’re busy with the drive through, unless a long line forms no one will take your order, also I never buy coffee from this location because it’s watered , they need to change management and staff! They all have attitude as if we’re getting the food for free

The customer service was awful. The lady at the counter gives customers too much attitude for asking a question or taking an order. She also won’t remake orders that she made wrong because “it’s a waste of my time”.

The Customer service is very poor. Specially Sangeeta is one of their Nonsense Employee who shouted on us just for excusing her to serve us today evening on 26/11/22. I would recommend everyone never stop by at this location to grab your coffe or Food . There are plenty other options available nearby. I don’t know how Management gave her job , who doesn’t know basic etiquettes of attending customers.

Everytime I visit this location, they frantically wave at drive through customers through the window to stop. I understand they have a time, but don’t they cheat this system this way? Unprofessional, and extremely defensive/lots of attitude.
