The staff here is absolutely amazing.I have had two covid tests done at this location as I live nearby and the staff is always so pleasant and friendly! Its a tricky part of town and they all act with professionalism, patience and positive vibes.Funny to say, but always a pleasure :)Thank you for working so hard and keeping the community healthy.They treat everyone with kindness and respect.They all deserve a huge thank you!Standing ovation :)-AG

I’ve been going here for more than five years and the clinic always has a kind welcoming atmosphere, the employees are patient and caring and always put their visitors first. If an incident occurs they handle it with care, patience and calmness. I’m always treated wonderfully and I’m always comfortable here.

First time I got snapped at from the receptionist as part of my disability I'm forgetful and it's not intentional but to be snapped at by receptionist because I forgot what we had discussed before I don't feel it was appropriate for her to let her frustration out on me.There a lot of awesome staff at sandy hill but the medical receptionist is not.UpdateThe office manager apologize

Staff a selective on whom they treat nice, front desk can be hit & miss depending on who is working that day. I have observed disrespect to a senior. I have had a finger pointed in my face with blame froma seemingly friendly dietitian ( in public no less )I have been removed from a program due to not meeting the requirements ( removal was done with aggression & heavy judgement, ironically. Choice of words were unprofessional yes, by staff member )Nurse barked sharply about wasting resources on certain people, I left in tears.Detox accupuncture is great,Quit smoking counselor helped me quit Julie Tessier a non smoker who really does inspire others to quit,

On Google this office says it closes at 5 but then when you click on reviews it says it's still open!et silly me sitting here on hold you're on hold for 15 minutes without realizing that this office is now closed! Perhaps update your website so that it corresponds with your telephone so that the person waiting to speak with somebody knows there isn't anybody coming

Treated quickly and with respect. In and out of there in less than 2 hours. Good investigative questioning by the nurse to figure out what was going on with my body. I think she and the Dr. nailed it. and all done with good humour.

Went to get my covid booster here. I have a needle phobia. The staff were so friendly and nice. You feel like you are not just a number to them. There are private rooms so you don't have to see anyone else get vaccinated. I was in and out in 15 minutes. 10/10 would recommend if you are nervous!

Tried to get an appointment either by phone or in person, receptionist said I first have to wait for a nurse to call me before and IF a call or visit with the doctor. No nurse called back and it's been a whole day!!! I feel that sandy hill is understaffed and seniors are not considered essential when it comes to health care. So now I'm waiting at an apple tree clinic for the medical situation that is serious for me. It is the alternative or emergency...

worst experience of my life saw methadone doc st-jean totaly ignorant made me want to relapse a place designed to help made me want to kill myself over christmas nice place should never be allowed to practise in ottawa or anywhere knows nothing about mmt program things guidlines are mere suggestions is gonna get someone hurt or killed should have funding cut by govt should be invistigated for corruption
