Lou is absolutely amazing! I have been attending for over a decade and his professionalism and staff are caring and wonderful. I have never been disappointed with his work and would recommend Lou as a fantastic denturist to anyone!

Very nice but totally incompetent..He kept repeating himself and didn't have the professionalism to politely answer a question..Other than his rotten breath wanted to charge me 3000$ for just my temp set.He shouldn't be in the business.Oh ya thanks for taking my 300$I'm canceling my credit card that I used there.

Lou explains everything and makes you feel comfortable. Doesn't push and answers questions.At first they were great but after them cancelling my appointments 3 times, I could no longer put any faith in them. The last appointment they cancelled was an hour before I was supposed to be there. Not nice. No faith in them especially during these hard times. I would suggest anyone needing their services go elsewhere.

Will never go here, they tried to scam my credit card for over 10k. Not sure how these con artists are still in business and not in jail

Saw that Lou guy literally screaming at strangers outside and was hurling personal insults like you wouldnt believe. I feel sorry for his wife who was just standing there embarrassed by his behaviour. After reading the other reviews i can tell this kind of behaviour is second nature to him. They have a name for it. Small man syndrome. 0 stars if possible

Lou is the greatest. Always caring and helpful. Always the perfectionist. He definitely goes the second mile. Jose is great as well always displaying the same caring and helpful attitude. Definitely 5 star. Carol

My 80-year old husband George needed new upper dentures. So happy we picked West Hamilton Denturists, Lou and his staff were terrific. The dentures fit like a glove.

Very disappointing. I used the clinic's contact us form on their website and after a month without a call - called them directly for an appointment.When I met with Lou he was very pleasant but, was trying very hard to steer me towards getting a more expensive metal denture. I explained that my preference was to stay with my acrylic style because only my Wife has insurance and I would be out of pocket for any additional costs. He didn't seem happy to hear this.He also asked for me to see my dentist to fix a filling on one of my front teeth. I explained that I do not have the highest comfort level seeing any Dentist until COVID numbers come down. I am double vaxed but, do take care of an Elderly Cancer Survivor with a compromised immune system. He said that he didn't feel comfortable providing a denture while my teeth's integrity is in question.If seeing a Dentist is a prerequisite to getting a denture (I saw mine in 2019 before the lockdown), I would suggest that you provide that information up front.I would not recommend.
