From the time that we contacted ClearDrafting in mid December until we submitted the drawings to the city in early February, the owner, Bassam Elsaraj, was honest, responsive, on time, professional and pleasant to work with. We had very specific ideas about what we wanted and Bassam respected our requests and answered our many questions. We met in person in his office, which was well set-up for reviewing the designs. When we had an issue with drawing sizes submitted to the city, he helped us fix the problem right away. We haven't completed the project, but we received our permit from the city with no issue. Based on this experience, I would gladly work with ClearDrafting again.
