My computer hard drive crashed on a Thursday afternoon. Within an hour a technician (Derrick) was at my home and was diagnosing the issue. He worked on my files and was able to retrieve everything off of my hard drive. Wolfgang and Derrick transferred all data onto a new computer which was installed on the Saturday. I could not be happier with their fast, efficient and quality service and would highly recommend Authorized Security for any personal or business needs.

Our previous security and monitoring service was charging us huge rates in order to pay back the initial equipment installation. After over 4 years they continued to draw same large rates well beyond the initial 20 month contract.Authorized Impact switched us over with a quick professional turnaround service, much better response times, using most of the existing system for close to ½ the cost. We also had them implement a security system and a fall monitor for my elderly parents giving us a piece of mind that they will get help when needed.
