We had the experience of building a pool this summer and our pool builder has an account with SCP. If your looking for customer service at the Surrey location, you won't find it here. On various visits made to pick up supplies over the last several months has not always been good. Orders were picked wrong and not double checked before pick up, lack of information about shipping fees charged for items brought in from other branches and overall rude and dismissive staff if they didn't want to work with you to get satisfaction or on orders placed or refund of unused items. We were told on a recent order that any unused items could be returned for a refund by one of their Sales Reps. Some leftover items were brought back for the refund and they rudely refused to return the items but had no problem taking our money to pay for them in the first place a couple of weeks earlier to make a sale.

I work with Shine City Pressure washing and these guys are always great, fast, and friendly . Most importantly understanding. Great company.

Amazing service! Only complaint is that a large screaming extremely pale man came out to help customers and started attacking people that saw its face. He seemed very shy.. Either way, great service!
