I called 3 times and went in once. I was told each time that I'd be put on the list and called right back to set an appointment. No one ever called.

I just called to enquire about a bat problem in a house we were interested in putting an offer on. The kind lady gave me advice and an estimate of cost which made our decision easy. Great advice and service even though we didn't even end up needing them. I would definitely recommend them!

Went here for bait traps for mice about a year ago. Lady behind the counter said I can bring them back and fill them anytime. I went into their store a couple days ago and asked to get them refilled. The lady told me they don’t fill them and that she would never say anything like that. She then asked another lady behind her a question quietly then she told me to go to the R.M to get them filled. Sounds good to me. This is why you don’t support local. Anytime something gets thrown their way, they aren’t responsible Never go there. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Had Poulin's come out to do an inspection of a crawl space and give some suggestions about rodent entry points into my old cathedral house.I heard some scratching about 5 days after the technicians were out and discovered they had not replaced the door to my crawl space, after they inspected it... leaving it completely exposed and a free for all for mice. When I called the discuss this and said I would be happy to receive some trapping solutions (since for sure now, I have a mouse in there) I was told they would have to send the manager to check". Fine by me.. if they would actually come back to my house. But since then

Got them to come out to take care of a couple of wasp nests, one was in the siding of the house. They were a bit late in getting to my place (previous call went longer - I get it). Their guy applied the product, I got a brief explanation on everything, and he was done in a brief amount of time. I didn't see any wasps today coming from the holes (although it is a bit miserable today). Will give it a few more days, and if there is an issue they state they guarantee everything, so I am not really worried there.

Great company. I bought some of the powder for wasps. I was given an explanation of how to use it, and some great tips. Excellent service, and boy did the powder ever work!

We had them over on 3 separate occasions for spraying at the place I am currently renting. Still seeing evidence of actual bugs and droppings. The exterminator said he was going to leave traps behind, ¥₩which he did not. A big price to pay for a no gaurantee. Whatever chemical they are using does not work!

I absolutely adore the two women working in the front office. I had called and Heather was able to make suggestions for me to be able to deal with wasp nest myself. When I got there, the two made me so much more comfortable with tackling the nest, sold me an effective product and educated me on the difference between wasps and yellow jackets. Thank you so very much! I highly recommended.

Was not very impressed with the tech I seen today. Had them come to look for cockroaches as I have been finding them since moving into our new place. Tech came in saw first hand there are roaches. Pictures and videos of them were provided. The tech thebn said he couldn't identify the bug. Spoke to 2 different exterminators sent the same photo's and video to be told with out hesitation that they were in fact cockroaches. Call private eye pest controll over these guys any day day.
